Some video of myself running the 2010 MedCity Half Marathon from Byron, MN to Rochester, MN. It was hot, 2nd hottest ever I think. I'd hoped for a sub 1:40 but I'll settle for my eventual 1:45.30 on the day. Lost over 4lbs in 1:45 despite drinking 32ozs, hot and humid is a bad combination.
