You should specify wich version of the game is this for those who didn't play it, I know that there are 2 different versions and even when you showed the ps3 cover, only for the praphics this seems ps2 version to me.
Different tone? because spider-man and goblin talking on a rooftop in those ridiculous outfits with goofy dialogue isn't the same tone :)
