How to catch TROUT at HANSEN DAM with powerbait!(Spring Trout Fishing)

Fishing at Hansen Dam for trout with powerbait. Saw that some people were catching trout at Hansen Dam so decided to do some trout fishing. I used an egg sinker with a bead attached to a swivel with 2 pound test leader that had a size 16 treble hook with rainbow powerbait. It was super windy but I managed to hook and land a trout. I got another hookup but he broke me off because my drag was too tight. For the 3rd hookup I made sure to loosen my drag and ended up landing him. Saw some trout cruising the shore but weren't interested in the lures I threw at them. Also some bass near the shore so I might go out and film another video bass fishing. Ended the day with hooking 3 trout but only landed 2. Overall a good day of trout fishing for it being spring. Hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching.
