Getting mines soon too. I can’t wait
Glad to be an influence for real ✌😎 Appreciate you stopping and checking out the content i have up so far, I do it for you guys!
Facts.👌
You'll be geeked no doubt!
i would love to own this car one day. I only test drove it and it felt amazing.
The improvement on the rev hang is very noticeable!!!
Without a doubt. You can literally see the difference. 👍
Major difference, makes the car much more enjoyable to drive!
I build these for Honda. (Work at the engine plant) I ordered my 2025 civic si and can’t wait either!!!
That is awesome! You work at the plant in Anna, OH?
Watched this last night. Great drive!
Super happy you enjoyed, you are one of my earliest subs and so glad you've stuck around, Thanks a ton dude! That drive was mad fun. 😎✌
2:55 bro started doing racing lines 😂
😎
Just got my 2025 si today and I just wanted to say thank you for uploading all these videos with yours! It has definitely helped feed my excitement for my new car. Im driving it soft until break in period is over but I can’t wait to rip it like you do on these back roads! 🤘
Do a 600 mile break in, that's my recommendation, be nice to the car, no rev limit shifts, do varying speeds / rpm on highway, dont granny the car, but dont rail it out, after around 600 miles, you'll be good to go!
Im also glad you enjoyed my content and it helped youre excitement, happy to see you in one!
@@TheOGBurrza thanks so much for this info! I will def apply these tips. I will always keep watching your videos and supporting the Chanel 🤙🏼
@@colombiano70 I appreciate you greatly! Take care of yourself and that car, and have a blast 😎😎
@@TheOGBurrza thanks man you as well! Stay safe!
I can't wait to get mine!!!!! 🎉
Hope you liked the footage, thanks bro for following me!
Great driving video.
There was some post on one of the 11th gen civic forums a couple months ago where somebody listed all the changes for ‘25 and one was a new ECU part number. I was holding out hope that they updated the rev hang, and this confirms it. I’m at ~400 miles on mine and can’t wait to rev it out more. Damn this hybrid work from home schedule lol
Appreciate your feedback! I am glad you stopped to check out my new content, much appreciated! The rev hang change has been a major factor for enjoying the driveability! I recommend and do a roughly 600 mile break in, after that, hammer down boss!
Wow that’s a huge difference with the rev hang
Absolutely a huge difference!
Agreed 2024 si cbp and u can just hear it I just wish the front end didn’t look so butt chin on the 2025 either way still a cool car with all the improvements they’ve done
Was waiting for him to do a pull. The rev hang looks basically non existent on this 2025, major improvement for sure
Thanks for the videos I watched the others. I definitely want the car but not with my local markup, they have a 3k markup on a car that hasn't even hit the lot yet. I think the bass sounds fine coming through youtube, but does the car have an equalizer built in? I know when I had an 8th gen before it got wrecked in a parking lot of all places had a surprisingly decent eq system for a budget car back then.
Edit: You can use up to 3 hashtags on your video just put it in the top of the description will help with algorithm.
I’m totally gonna get the SI instead of the M340i . That shifting though you really pushing this car to the limit comparing to many reviewer never push which doesn’t tell how much power
Definitely wanted to give a better feel for this car overall, i've seen a lot of reviewers over the years and in recent times, so figured id give a long, more realistic spirited drive for people to watch! 👌
Taking delivery of a pearl white si this week
Awesome, happy for you! Youre gonna love it.
Love the videos of the car If I’m not mistaken this car has rev match when downshifting if so how is it I have a 10th gen si still deciding if I should upgrade to the 25 si
@@Adanx24Hey great question, the rev matching in this car is superb. It completely changes the driving experience vs a 10th gen. They also for 25 added 2nd to 1st gear rev match which is a game changer for some including myself. The trans is more refined i would say versus my 10th gen. The only thing I can say is drive one. I hope my videos have helped shed some light, my most recent driving pov upload shows a decent bit of shifting through out the video that show cases how smooth it is. In that video I did zero heel toe shifting.
Did you do something to tweak the rev gang or is that a generation improvement?
Car is bone stock, rev hang has been improved greatly.
Is the road and wind noise as noticable in person as it is in the video?
Yes unfortunately it is, i think the video amplifies it a bit honestly. BUT the biggest downfall to this car stock is the tires, it could have a substantially better tire than factory, The Goodyear Eagles are very noisy.
@@TheOGBurrza do you think it's more tire noise or more wind noise?
@@JonRuh I would lean more toward tire noise, Also when filmed it was quite windy out that evening.
I see they still have fake noise in cabin like most cars are doing now
They do unfortunately, however it can be turned off now in this version! This video does have Exhaust in *normal* setting not *sport*.
How is the night driving without fog lights?
@@mabcim the headlights do great for me at night, lows and highs have great visibility. I wish I had fogs regardless more for looks, but I can live without them
Why this over an elantra n or used type r?
@@marcuslee2026 Far better quality, feel, resale value, cost to maintain are only a few of the things I took in to account. The Elantra N I've driven, drove new WRX's, other new N line Hyundai's, VW's, and for every aspect I take into account, this was the better car. And definitely don't want a used type r, it's nothing like spending 35k+ for a car that's already gotten railed out and beat on by previous owners. I'll pass lol.
