It's impossible to clean even with a water pick there so close to the gums there's no room to clean underneath them. I'm tired of having the taste of food in my mouth. I'm going to change my fix all on four bridge for a snap on. Snap on makes more sense I wish I got a snap on denture in the first place 😢😢😢😢😢
I have the all on 4 and it would take a long time for this much gunk to accumulate on them. Gross, Brush, water pick and floss 2 times a day. Mine are clean when the dentist removes them.😊
Terrible terrible terrible design there should be a gap between the gum and the bridge. I'm having this same problem right now. It's impossible to clean underneath 😢
Hey there! Just wanted to address that this wasn't an issue with the design - the patient just simply "didn't know" she needed to be using the WaterPik. The design should be tight enough to keep food from openly passing through, and the intaglio of the bridge should be smooth and convex - allowing the WaterPik to blast out any food without issue. With a good hygiene regimen (including a WaterPik branded waterflosser at a high power level), this should not happen.
@@MyNewSmileDental I have the same exact fixed bridge. I actually love it but unfortunately there is times it's impossible to get food that gets stuck. Like once I had an onion jammed underneath it and it gave me the worst heartburn and worst breath. I'm hoping my dentist can make adjustments to the fixed bridges with either shaving the top off so there's plenty of room to actually clean it or maybe lower the screws making for a bigger gap. If my dentist cannot make the adjustments I'm going to change my fixed bridge and buy a snap on removable denture.
@@user-rw718 I understand! It's not a great feeling, I know. I'm sure your dentist has gone over some great tips with you, but we have a video that covers some unique on-the-go options and some other cool tools you can get for cleaning if you're interested: th-cam.com/video/uUZs6o15DWA/w-d-xo.html
@@user-rw718 it may be easier to clean quickly but that’s about the only advantage otherwise snap on dentures become loose overtime with new inserts constantly needed and the bite force is only like 10-30% compared to natural teeth or implant bridges so eating is still an issue which is a big issue. Anyone who says snap on denture are better clearly hasn’t done their research
If i have to get MY teeth removed, just give me the old school "put in, take out" dentures....the same way i have a pair of readers stashed everywhere now, I'll do the same with Poligrip then.
i can smell it 😂😂😂😂 across the cyberworld!!!!😆😆😆😆
I think the Bentist should see this

And omg the smell!!! Nooo
I wish I didn't see this video it's making me regret getting an upper fixed bridge with 5 implants.
Imagine licking that 🤢
Terrible design 3 on 6 is the way to go
But what if you had bone loss 😕

Gross after all that effort and money for an all of 4 and they just revert back to their old ways of not taking care of their mouth

Dentures are no where close as comfortable to real teeth/implants. You also can’t bite into harder food
😢
