Im getting this cage for my rats next month and a few more things to go in it like a few ladders 2 more hammocks swinging toys chew toys ect. So they'd be getting 9 or more new things lol
If your rats do not chew on the toys try putting a thin layer of peanut butter them and wipe it off it makes the toys smell like peanut butter and my rats love it.

Awesome cage!! It's my first time getting rats soon hopefully. Done so much research haha. I think the metal Pans are clever! Do you have to get a specific size for them? I tried clicking on the bass equipment link down below but it kept saying error.
On the bass equipment site just look under ferret nation pans they are the same size as the critter the company doesn't have them under the double critter
Ive even upgrading my cage as my rattos grow and fun lil tip: DONT just get the biggest cage they can live in their whole life. Saves them the stress of moving when they grow and you the money to spend on other things like ratto toys ect.

I love your cage but GURL, a 6 minute long into?? I don't got time for that lmao. Edit: I forgot to add, you can make plexiglass trays or critter nation sells bedding guards to give the cage a deeper base so you don't get as much bedding knocked out! :)

How do you clean the fake grass on the platforms?
You have to replace the grass after a certain time

I have rocks for all my baby's they use all and I potty trained.which noone seems do.i use box's which all love that best.
