If that were to happen, they’d have completely rewrite Scrappy’s character to make him more likeable. How I’d do it is, rather than make him annoying and constantly try seem tough, I would parentify (is that the right word?) him into the young kid who behaves more like a grownup than the actual grownups, maybe having moments where the gang will do something and Scrappy predicts that something bad will happen, even predicting what will happen and ends up being right to the point that the bad thing plays out _exactly_ as he predicts it would, only once having to be dragged away when he’s too frustrated about being the parentified kid that no one listens to to notice the coming danger. If Scrappy were to be rewritten to be like this, I can imagine a scene where Velma heads straight for a visible trap in an effort to make notes about how so avoid any of them and Scrappy mutters out “I hope she also makes a few notes about situational irony.” because the irony is that Velma is making the risk of accidentally activating the trap in her effort to figure out how _not_ to activate it, kinda like running into a burning library in a desperate effort to find a book about fire safety.
I am i the only one who thinks this Dick dastardly is from the reboot dastardly from the wacky races in 2017 I wonder if I am the only one nocting this? I love it!!!!!
