This song is literally the reason I got ddr again (now 2020) when I was a kid I played this at the arcade and someone who either was in college or highschool decided to help me get better at it. He wanted to play this song though at the end of our session on expert. As soon as it started the fast bit i lost my footing and fell off the dance pad and since then Ive always wanted to overcome this song. Its my lame anime backstory XD

@@miguel_7515 You have to go into Options menu in Stepmania by pressing Enter. It's on the 2nd page of options. In later versions of Stepmania you must configure Stepmania to have the 2nd page of options enabled (it's hidden by default now). to Enable this menu to appear, at step Mania main menu goto Options ---> Display Options --> UI Options. Scroll down to the selections that says "Show song Options" and enable it by selecting "ask" or "show". If you select "ask" you have a couple of seconds window to press Enter again after the 1st page of options. Once enabled, you will be able to access the 2nd page of options, and you can select the "clap" From the "Assist" section.
The trickiest thing about this song is that the second half is ever so slightly more than twice the speed of the first half. It's enough to potentially turn your first couple of steps around combo count 114 from Perfects to Greats.
