Hmmmm...wrong way to eat a Kit Kat??? Three guesses: 1) Don't take the wrapper off 2) Dunking it in a cup of coffee 3) Broken up in a bowl of cereal. Please do reveal the correct answer.

Almost 3 deep …8 seasoned vets…1 seasoned transfer, and 3 ready to go or engage, and 2 rookies
Never seen us this deep….going to be hard to get everyone minutes. Need to use it as an advantage.
Time for Tugler and Arceneaux to go to the next level…improve their shooting…be studs!
Roberts may need to step back and Coach … get limited minutes ..let young ones develop, keep everyone healthy.
Play the hot hand and keep em fresh on defense…pressure! Absorb injuries.
Miller may have some hype…and shoot…but can he play D and not turn it over!!
Freshmen will have a hard time sitting and learning the culture and D….may be some Transfer bait.
Unos and Wilson…..look alot alike …long arms…and smooth.
No one has the speed of Shead…which filled the gaps…so going to be quite a chess game for KS1&2!
Especially since only 8 players usually get quality time….play D, no TOs, intense and focused…hit free throws???
Going to be fun..to watch em grow into a Team….there will always be fallout in a KS emotional demanding court….
these are still kids! ..with parents and ‘advisors’ hanging around ( the underbelly of AAU/College ball/agents/NIL)
I think you will have ample time for the Starters, but everyone will play … bc Sampson cannot sit his Freshman this year. Sat three last year who are ready to play now! Miller and other incoming Freshman will get minutes because they are exceptional talents … who if they don’t play will be in the Transfer portal. Lath, Jefferson, McFarland will play bc they are ready. This is a Great situation to have … one so u don’t run your players into the ground … so that when playoffs come your have strength, length, and experience … will have been afforded … to the young players. I look forward to upcoming Season.
People say it’s hard … for everybody to play on this squad. I think Same will have to do some of what Dawn Staley did … play your starters and at the same time rest those starters. Why? …. Because unlike any other year before … HE has a STABLE! It will be interesting to see what Coach Sampson does. Bc we know he will play those Players … who show up well … in Practice and learn the system. But … best way to learn is to play … Will mistakes be made? Yep … but down the stretch … the entire team will be ready for a run to a Championship … experienced and young freshman. Also Mercy Miller is exceptional at Defense … that’s why Samp recruited him. Go watch the film .

Not saying Jarace made the wrong decision. However, I do disagree that Carlisle is a good coach for him. Being a Maverick fan, I know Carlisle has zero patience for rookies. This is the same guy that kept Jalen Brunson on the bench in the playoffs.
Fair distinction - I was speaking to the scheme/values, not the personnel
Plus the Pacers didn’t include Jarace in the trade for Siakam. So the Pacers must still think highly of him and he actually fits their system. But like you said Carlisle isn’t giving him a shot hopefully next year he can earn and get more minutes but if not maybe the Pacers will trade him for a win now player
