At 10:15 what I was about to ask. When you restore them, do they get auto linked to the OU that they were initially linked or not? Probably the answer is not and the user has to check each GPOs settings to find that information. Right?

Yes, you can do that.

Restoring any GPO from it's backup will NOT link the GPO to any OU to which the GPO was linked earlier.
