If i take a backup of Active Directory installed on Vmware Esxi and try to restore this way into a physical server would it work?

After system state recovery, Windows server 2019 not loading.. going to automatic recovery and troubleshooting window. i also repair and rebuild boot files with fixmbr etc... but still not working

after switching to dsrm mode i am not able to log in its showing there are no logon servers available to service the logon request how can i clear this please update
