Because all the OU;s are protected with "Protect from accidental deletion" settings which is enable by default. To delete the OU with accidental deletion protections. 1. Open active directory users and computers snap-in 2. Click View on the menu bar, and then click Advanced Features. 3. Go to the OU that you want to delete, right click on it and click on Properties. 4. Click on object tab. 5. clear checkbox in front of the "Protect from accidental deletion" Now you can delete the OU..

Then client machine login on cleint pc on windows 10 along with domain user and password. Untlill unless it should not login when server is sutdown .Please help me how to stop this.
Hi, thank you. Coming back to your question, by default client will cache the 10 last successful logon credential on client computer, so in case if client is not able to contact domain controller for authentication, the cache logon credential will allow the user to sign into client computer. You just need to disable it. You can create and apply GPO from domain level (which is recommended) or you can setup local GPO as well. In GPO navigate to Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options. You can set any value from 0 to 50 . If you set 0, this will prevent Windows from caching user credentials. Note: This will prevent users from login to client computer if DC is not available.

To setup Domain controller first we need to install ADDS binaries. So basically, first we need to install ADDS then DC.
