"Bottom line is it builds muscle" pretty much sums up this channel

Great video! I was one of those people who didn't think much of the isometric training but then did it over a period of 3 weeks for a total of 9 workouts last year and my deadlift went up around 30lb that time. Now I'm a believer

Great shit. Never thought about reverse banded bench rows, def going to give it a try. Do you find it harder to contract your muscles since you're lying on them? Also have you ever used different grips/bars with this ecercise? Any preferences? Sometimes I find myself struggling to maintain tightness on the bench press, just seems like the perfect solution.
Also, I love the articles Christian (Thibaudeau?) writes on T-Nation. He definitely puts out some of the more quality information regarding strength training. Would be awesome if you and him could elaborate on rep schemes for building strength like ratchet/wave loading.

No because I am use to bench pressing this way. Works well with neutral grip bars too but this a very good transference to the bench. Have you read our newest book? Have the granddaddy of Wave Loading Programs in there.
Its called "The Saga of the Tijuana Barbell Club"
      Thank you James

I worked up to 200lbs single arm cable rows for 2-3 reps, should I just do the whole stack (260lbs) for the rows featured here or should I just add as much weight as I can maybe up to 280 or 300lbs? Definitely going to try this.
I love your tips, I gotta exhaust my newbie strength gains first, I'm getting very strong very quickly from 10 x 3, 5 x 5, 5 x 3 and just eating, but I'll definitely make sure to add some of the more advanced strength tips after things slow down. Thank you for your videos keep it up Bossman!
