I love Sammy, love the Doors and Robbie is one of my favorite guitar players of all time. I love his solo stuff and the shows that he does that are on TH-cam, watch em all the time and still love listening to Krieger !
Met Robbie and Ray in Denver in 2004. Also Ian Asbury who was singing lead as Doors 21st Century. Got a pic with them and all signed my first and last studio LP. Great episode with a living legend.

In 2011 rewarded myself with a brand new Limited Edition Robby Kreiger Gibson SG.. I feel lucky to have one of only 600 made.. Robby has always been one of my favorite musicians.. Sammy is good but he's nowhere close to Robby Kreiger, who doesn't try to steamroll you with his giant ego.. Less talk, and more action is Kriegers way.. 🥃😎👌

There are kids doing blues, rock and new age. But there is no newcommer for sammy. He was born into soul and started off as a James Brown impersonator. That's one of the toughest gigs out there and who is helping to carry the flame now?

Sammy silently shreds Jim Morrison and the doors ! But gives respect to the mystic and short lived success to tje doors! Morrison would have been better suited as a poet or writer, but instead chose the path of rock n roll and his untimely death?
If Robbie listened to blues, he never learned much, haha. Guy doesn't play blues scales, or even scales that are working the progression unless it's a whole time song.. Most over rated 6th grade guitarist of our time. How difficult it must be to talk and play the same couple songs for 50 yrs. So brilliant you never heard of him after they disbanded.

Robbie is one of the nicest, unassuming and down to earth icons ever! Even at his age you can still see he has the heart and mind of a teenager.

Really cool. I seen Robbie in concert in the early 2000's and he rocked. Met him after the show briefly and he was super nice.

Joe is great! The new Black Country Communion album is recorded and will be out in the fall!!!!!
Joe stayed out of his way and let Robbie do his thing, unlike Dave Navarro who kept stepping on his leads.
