    Great video. I would suggest soldering the wire connections, they will be getting wet.

    I know this an old video but im starting the same project. Ho w long was the bunks that you used.

      I don’t remember the length but it should be whatever length you need them to be. My kayak was 13 feet long so I cut them to fit that length.
