    I have been using this eye cream for year and I love it. I’m 54 with hardly any lines around my eyes.

    good one - I was doing re-search on a review on this eye cream - apparently you and Hyram gave it a thumbs up. Cera Ve has good products and the hype is just starting here in Germany...I am in for the Nyacinamide- this worked wonders for me re the Ordinary, I was looking for it in an eye cream. You are pretty authentic, love that!

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh thank you so much! It's been a while since I've been to Germany but so much to do and so many great foods (and drinks)! CeraVe is pretty reliable and most of their products are amazing, the only thing I don't like from them is their sunscreen options, maybe they'll revamp those sometime soon. 🤞

    I started buying Cerave last year from England and I really like this eye cream. Works well with other products and makeup.

      It can be so hard to find eye creams that work well with makeup, but lately the last few I've tried have worked pretty good. This one works pretty good as well.

    This is a very hydrating eye cream. I wake up in the morning and I can still feel the product around my eyes. Best of all it does not sting and fragrance free. For hydration you cannot beat the price. I also love the Estée Lauder Eye Concentrate Matrix which is a very light serum-like texture and $$$. There was a problem with the applicator not reaching to get out all of the product. Estée Lauder had a promotion to give it away free with a $100.00 purchase of Advance Night Repair. I will use a Q-tip to get out the remaining product.

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't tried the Estee Lauder Eye Matrix, I'm going to have to try that one. I used their Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream and I actually really liked it, but it was pretty pricey!

    I'm 39 and just this year I've noticed my skin getting dryer, especially my under eyes, but everywhere too. Do you have a favorite undereye cream? Is there one that actually does help fine lines? Also, your skin is incredible. What do you use that gives you that glowiness??

    Hi everyone I just want to say there is no way you should spend money on eye cream there is no difference really in regular moisturizer but CeraVe Has a moisturizer healing ointment that I use at night under my eyes. Vaseline is also good. I promise you will c a difference and there are so many uses for the ointment.

    I’m glad that you did a close up of the product being squeezed out of the tube. I had bought this product a few days ago and I thought there was something wrong with it because of the way the product keeps its tube like shape when squeezed and it takes a bit for it to distribute onto the skin because it isn’t sticky (I squeeze out enough for 2 eyes and then dab the product on the eyes before I rub it in). There’s also a bit of clear liquid that comes out of the tube when squeezed. Anyway, I’m glad I didn’t get an expired product after seeing that you have the same texture as well.

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's a pretty thick texture, but does such a good job keeping the rye area from getting dry. I changed to a different eye cream to test (Dermalogica) which really dried out my eyes and this one helped them get back to normal.

    Can you do a 2019 favorites video in skincare? I love ceraVe but I never tried the eye cream. What a shame they are not cruelty free. L’Oréal cannot give up that China money. I have dry lids. I went from having oily eyes and face to dry now that I’m more mature. Somehow I missed the normal skin transition years. Thank you.

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I will definitely do a year end favorites video! Very good idea- lots of fun new products this year and I've loved using them! My eye lids are always super dry, especially when I use eyeshadow during the day. I've been trying out the Cosrx Snail eye serum and so far liking it.

  • @jenlauren143

    Sarah your skin looks absolutely beautiful. It looks so glowy & plump and I need to know exactly are you using? I use tretinoin, snail ampule, Niacinimide, hyaluronic acid, essence’s and various moisturizers and my skin has been pretty good but doesn’t look as glowy and gorgeous as yours lol. I totally forgot Cerave had an eye cream and sounds so good I need to get this! 🥰🥰 I just got the Benton snail ferment eye cream I think it’s called but haven’t used it yet. A lot of eye creams burn my eyes so I’m very sensitive.

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I'm crediting most of the glow to a couple things- the biggest change is that I started to use a vitamin c serum in both my morning and evening routines. I have also been microneedling twice a month, I think that has made a huge difference as well. The other thing that has been helping in a BIG way is a humidifier in my bedroom and it has helped my skin sooo much! I'll have to do another routine video this week.

    they've had a reformulation & box redesign! found it @ my local Target last night. i've used this product for years and it seems like whatever batch they had floating around in stores for the last few months tends to come out of the tube like how ketchup comes out of a bottle if you don't shake it (looks like yours dispensed the same way). recent reviews on Ulta and the Cerave site mention this product separation too. my bad tube came from lot # SDS71W
    however the tube i got at Target came from lot # SDS01W, and the product came out of the tube exactly as i remembered it from years before. the new formula has a seal of acceptance by the National Eczema Association on the front lower right corner of the box. i asked Cerave if they reformulated and they just told me that parabens are removed. shrug. lol

    • @NOBSBeauty

      Dark circles are so hard to get rid of, you can certainly use this, I've found it is easiest to use in the evening but it isn't overly hydrating so you could certainly use it during the daytime. One eye cream that I really enjoyed is the Kiehl's Youth Dose Eye Treatment, it does give the eye area a bit of a brighter appearance.

  • @beckyortega2971
    @beckyortega2971 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    How long does this take to get of dark circles?

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This will help hydrate the eye area but dark circles are very hard to treat, and almost impossible through a topical product. This can slightly help temporarily fade the appearance but I'd probably recommend something that has more Brightening ingredients. The Peach and Lily Cold Brew Brightening Eye Stick is a good option for that. The other one is the First Aid Beauty Niacinamide Eye Cream, that one will also help to minimize the appearance of dark circles a bit better.
