Oh my goodness so glad I found your video. Question for you. I am getting new carpet in my master bath only due to water damage....however....is it possible to bring that same carpet out to my hallway...and not down the stairs. I only want to put new carpet in master bedroom and hallway....and keep the same carpet in the other rooms off the hallway....not not do the stairs...I see with this seaming action that will be possible......what say you..thanks for response
I like your video buddy great job I finished one bedroom myself .I like to know if I have to seam the carpet can I use full 12 feet carpet wide and attach another 4 feet piece same carpet because I see you guys cut few inches from main carpet then attaché the other piece but I don’t know why ?Can you give me few hints that will be great 👍
So when you seam do you ever tuck it under then hit it with the loop cutter. I've always done trade show carpet at with union at convention centers but with no trade shows I'm looking to get into residential

Could you use a household iron instead of a steam iron?

So my first floor is concrete slab. Before putting carpet down, do I need a vapor barrier first? Then padding, then carpet? Or how does that work?
Nice bro

I don't see you using a carpet stretcher or grips round the edge. What's stopping the carpet from moving?
I know ive talked a little shut
But on a real note a regular bic round stick ink pen works really good to find ur row
This was great.
Where your seam roller and square and you never use your foot for pressure da you will leave uneven indentations in the back of the carpet 😅
I seal all my seams !!
Thank you
That join looks horrible bro. Thats not the way u joining
This guy is a fucking hackjob anyway he doesn't even look like an installer
You need to invest a bit more into some basic tools, bro. Like a straight edge and a seam tractor.
And I’m thinking a carpet stretcher. 😂😡
Wrong where your straight edge akway cut the back so you dont cut any fibers
skills? i seen none of those here. u may want to invest in a straight line from one of those big box stores bud.
This Hack has absolutely zero skill or material knowledge and should not be allowed on any job site.
Holy crappy video lol
