Such are the stories that have captured the imaginations of Louisville teenagers for three generations. Stories that have lured youths to the Pope Lick trestle in search of a dare, a thrill, a place to drink, an opportunity to scare a date or a friend.
A legend kept alive only by word of mouth - confirmed by the excitable and credulous minds of adolescents and emphasized by the ominous presence of a 100-foot high railroad trestle.
One crisp, October evening finds Clancy, Ben and Katie on a quest - for excitement, for beer, for danger, and a rendezvous with...the Sheepman!

Crazy how this legend couldn't be anythimg more than a train coming down the train tracks because if your starring at the two eyes of this "monster" then you're starring at the two bright light of the train coming your way which will kill you if you stare too long.

Kentucky Kingdom should theme there new coaster after it. Its a theme park in Louisville if you never heard of it or if been there before.

The railroad company made them do that when they premiered the film in 1988 because they werent a fan of it. Many people have died on this trestle and they thought this encouraged people

@@CleanHead Although Ben is not a musician, he would come up with really catchy songs on his own without any other music. He sang Reddneck to me at some point during the time we were working on the film and I was like, we need to use that in the movie.
