- Explorer Adam Davies has traveled some of the most dangerous places in the world in search of the universe’s mythical beasts. One of his favorites: the mysterious Orang Pendek, a bipedal ape living in the jungles on the island of Sumatara. Like a miniature Bigfoot, this humanoid creature is bipedal, ape-like and covered with thick fur. Though it stands only about a meter tall it is incredibly powerful and said to have the strength to tear small trees straight out of the ground.Davies will take us through his expeditions to the Sumatra and tell us about what he’s found to prove the existence of this creature.

This creature may be exactly what the natives are describing, it could be something completely unexpected, or it could be nothing, I'm glad at least one determined man is up for the chase. Stranger creatures are known to exist, and more are regularly discovered. I wish Adam Davies good luck, cheers! 🍺
The way this is filmed is almost inherently dismissive of anything he says. But he’s trying to find evidence of whether somethings are or are not real, eventually somethings gonna turn out to actually be real.

That was a movie called Cannibal in the jungle on the island of Flores. Timothy Darrow was his name. It wasn't a real movie but they have found real fossils of Hobbits on Flores

They're in different regions, orang pendek is from the island of sumatra (west of indonesia) and homo floriensis is from NTT, (east of indonesia),
@Thomas minho Cheers I did not know that . My OMA and opa were from java and lived in bandung in the center and they told me that in the mountains there lived little hairy people.
Personally I think it's a legend/myth that passed down the generations from when the first humans made contact with other species of human. We have a similar story about the bunyip here in Australia being a diprotodon (megafauna)
