Torc T1 Helmet Review! Better Than The Bell Bullitt?

- I recently switched helmets and purchased a Torc T1. This is a near clone of the Bell Bullitt at half the price! The Torc T1 has a few advantages over the Bell Bullitt in my opinion.

After seeing your review, I’m getting ready to one~
Bought my Torc T1 Helmet because of this video and am very pleased with it. After a year and a few thousand miles it's still going strong.
My only gripe is the reflective visor makes it dangerous to use at night, so I swap back and forth a lot.
Nice review. I like this because it's similar to the Biltwell Gringo which I've had for a couple years. Lots and lots of airflow (without a shield) and feels like wearing a three-quarter with a chin bar. I like this too because it has an even smaller chin bar like the way overpriced Bell Bullitt.

I have a strange question regarding fitment. I noticed you said you normally wear a large helmet (as do I) but this helmet doesn't seem to fit true to size and you went to an XL.
If I may ask (a bizarre question) what size is your pumpkin?
This seems to be the hardest information one can (or cannot) get on this helmet. I can only buy this helmet online so I want to save myself shipping back and forth for the right size.

I need a replacement for my now ancient HJC helmet. I am really interested in the T1 and Bullitt both. My only disappointment is the lack of bubble shields as an option on the T1. That is about the only thing keeping me from getting this helmet as of right now.
I can barely get my head in an XXL Biltwell Bonanza, it’s just way too small but I wear a large in the Torc T1 and it’s super comfy and perfect for me.
I wear snug 7 3/4 baseball hats. Hope that can help someone out.
How many cm is you head? i'm 62 and wonder to choose XL or 2Xl, most helmets are to small for me.
Thanks for the review...would you mind saying what your riding? I ‘ve seen a lot of these reviews and comments but without knowing what you are riding things like sound etc could be affected....I ride a Road Glide so obviously have a fairing which should help with wind and noise. Thanks

I want one of these or the bulitt, but no pinlock system is a deal breaker for me. I can't go back to foggy lenses

Have you had a chance to test the helmet in rain yet? And if so what's your take on the performance
I haven’t worn it in heavy rain yet. Last trip I took I hit a brief light rain shower but nothing heavy. It did keep me dry. I think the ability to close the vents in the front will make this better in the rain then the Bell Bullitt. Thanks for watching!

What size head do you have? Trying to decide between large or xL
Not exactly sure what size my head is. The helmet is a XL. Once the padding breaks in the helmet loosens up some. The Harley Davidson branded helmet I wore before was a XL as well. Thanks for watching, ride safe!
Do you still have the helmet. What is your head shape I'm reading a lot of different stories I have a oval Mellon not a bowling ball round. I would appreciate it. I'm looking for a full face but get clostaphobic in a regular full face thanks. Ps nice job and are you gonna be making any more vlogs
I have had the carbon fiber version of this helmet for just over a year now. My head is long, but the medium fit me well with minor tightness at my forehead. After wearing it about an hour, I have a red mark on my forehead.

My head is a slight oval and the helmet padding gave a little more room once broken in. I’m thinking about doing more vlogs. Was honestly considering selling my bike this week! One of the hardest decisions to make... Thanks for watching, ride safe!

I’m an Asian guy with a globe shaped head and it fits wonderfully. I’ve tried the Bell Bullet and it pinches at the temple (even though people say it’s good for round heads). I love my Torc T-1. Got the dark shield (which is useless at night) ... it makes you look like a 80’s Bond villain!
I'm having an issue on installing headset Bluetooth on this thing when I install the headset in this helmet my head won't fit inside,do you have any suggestion where I should put the headset?
Unfortunately, I have not tried to install a Bluetooth headset in my helmet yet. I do have plans to set this helmet up for motovlogging with a wired microphone. Are you having trouble running the wires underneath the helmet padding? If so, try more towards the side of the helmet. There seems to be more room in the helmet padding the closer you get to the chin strap. Thanks for watching!
HD Motoman i dont have any issue running the wires on the helmet,as matter in fact its really easy,my only problem is the speakers are too big for the helmet,so my head wont fit in it i tried any posistion to put the speakers but it wont fit anywhere,except the front end of the helmet it fit perfectly but you can barely hear any sound if you put it in there,i tried to put the speakers on my other helmet and it fit perfectly right now
Kurnia Fachri the helmet seems to have speaker cups built in but when I dropped the speakers in the ended up way behind my ears and I could barely hear what I was playing.
Have you tried taping the vents in the back to stop the whistling

Do you wear ear plugs with it and if so is the noise still horrible?
Not sure, I don’t ride with ear plugs. I don’t find the noise to be too bad but I also am used to wearing a half helmet. Thanks for watching, ride safe!
Hey, do anyone know who actually produce this helmet? I have seen it with at least 4 names already. You can find that as "Origine Vega", "Bogotto V135" or even with Jawa (CZ producer of motorcycles) colors or private trademark of one sport goods dealer (W-Tec 135). Still same helmet, different colors, different logo....so, wondering who in real producing it?

I am very close to purchasing this helmet. I will unfortunately have to do this online there is no option anywhere close to me to try on for myself. My measurement is 22.5 inch around / 57 cm. I would say my head is more round than oval. Torn between the small and medium. Can anyone with experience on sizing make a recommendation here or offer assistance? Would be so much appreciated!!

@@sebastiansalazar6659 Yes I did. The Small was the correct Helmet size for me. It was close but the small has already broken in nicely the helmet overall feels very good on me so far so good.

THis is a good helmet, but Wears the eyeglasses is a very difficult matter
Except for Billwell, my head can't wear any Bell, it's just suck for me, so this is another good choice.

you didn't even mention the strap .is it double D rings or clasp. and is it comfortable? does it come with just the clear shield or with a smoked as well? can you buy a smoked shield? how much is a replacement shield? what's the lining made of? basic questions for a 10 min video. also would have liked to see you actually wear it.
