Love the design, love the style and the build quality, looks far better than most modern stuff today like Marantz and their ugly designed modern amps. These look perfect in every way, good job luxman. Ill say though, please electrically redesign your sqn150 tube amp. Looks nice and is affordable, but after the detailed measurements I seen on audio science review, it was near the very bottom of the list of all the many amplifiers they tested, many cheaper units scored better, the power supply looks very noisy, lot of mains noise getting though and there is a lot of phase shift in the frequency response on the frequency response measurements as well. I was disappointed to see that for something with your name on it and also being 2000+ dollars, you also don't give individual bias potentiometers to accurately adjust the tubes either which isn't right. There are also other tube amps cheaper that measure better and have bias adjustments per tube too which to me seemed impossible, but, the one thing they lack is none look nearly as good in the chassis design... So please at least fix the noisy power supply and the frequency response issue and inability to adjust bias on the fly, then it would be fully worth the asking price. love you guys over there, you guys make super beautiful equipment.

Please make the volume level LEDs switchable on/off, also would be nice to add a sensitivity switch for VU meters to let them play well at lower volume levels

Power supply specs is 230V~(50Hz) / 115V~(60Hz) can a Japanese 100V be converted to US 120V internally? without using a step down transformer?

Kindly share the specs I was considering the 507Z; how much more power? Are the specs for the phono stage the same as the 507Z. Authorized dealers in Japan are showing the retail price of the 507Z around $6,300USD Here it is almost 10K that is a tremendous mark up

If there is a third party importer/distributor then the point spread is understandable but you are Luxman USA; however unintended the consensus on various forums is it, the pricing, seems greedy. The importer for Accuphase is notorious for his mark ups but then he is a third party importer. Not taking anything away from the quality on offer only the pricing to US customers.

It's yours job to negotiate with the dealer. If you're smart, savvy and respectful you should never pay for retail price.

@@kevtn8I am always able to split the 40 points with my dealer but even paying .80 of the retail since it is $12,500 retail even with the discount it is IMHO too much money.
