I have an, 08 GTS and the cardan bearing is fine but the rear u-joint is bad and the noise is crazy. Fun video

I’ve recently purchased a 2008 Cayenne GTS so I’ve been catching up on your videos. How many miles were on your Cayenne when your driveshaft needed the center bearing fix? Thanks and keep up the cool videos!

Approximately 155,000 miles but it is very obvious when it goes out!

Thanks. I need to crawl under mine and have a looksy to see what it looks like. Btw have your engine mounts replaced? Just wondering how much effort that takes. Also I used to live up in bayport years ago. I loved it up there, it was just too cold even for this Nebraska boy….

I have a 2006 Cayenne and I'm getting really bad shaking at low or speeds and sometimes higher drive shaft has a little more play than normal

We would recommend fixing the center support bearing if it is loose fitting!

It is really an easy fix! I know that there are other options out there, but the urotuning option is quite slick! I did accidentally order the wrong carrier at first, so make sure you get the 955/957 one and the bracket or else it won’t work.
