I've said it before in a comment to one of your previous videos, it is a voltage issue because of bad batteries or maybe just one bad batt. I had many of the same issues and had one bad battery even though it initially tested ok. I replaced mine with AGM X4's and it fixed every issue you're having except the turbo actuator, which goes out on RAM's too. It's a Cummins issue. You even said your batteries are leaking. They are past due at that point. It's a simple maintenance issue. Spend the $500-600 on the best batteries and it is very likely your issue will be resolved. The truck is fine tuned and if even one sensor has low voltage due to the batts it's going to be problematic. I hope you get it figured out and can keep the truck. I don't think any of the big three are going to be any better except there may be more support available when something does go wrong. Best of luck man.
I agree, just bought my 17 titan xd with no tunes, bad batteries off the rip, had stuttering problems with acceleration then the batteries completely died so I changed them and now no problems

Please keep the truck. Check all your terminals including the ones on the fuses. My truck was having issues because one of the posts was stripped on the fuse where the alternator connects. I didn't strip it, dealer mech or factory.
You didn’t seem to have issues until you went to delete egr. Then the dealership flashed your cpu and you reinstalled tunes. Ezlynk allows you to return to stock on cpu. Try that and reinstall tune.
Have you been using any kind of fuel additives? Check your harness for any kind of chafing or wires exposed. Also the batteries are crap. These trucks are super sensitive to voltage issues and will throw all sorts of codes.
Did you have any issues when stock?? And now since solving been constant issues, I’d really do a boost leak test & maybe look at new tunes. FB group will tell you to talk to.
I’ll be honest man. I just traded mine in while values were still okay. I just got a 2022 Ram 2500 tradesman with the 6.7 Cummins. I miss the Nissan a lot, I drove my son home from the hospital in it. But at the end of the day I couldn’t risk not having a truck running. FYI new truck prices are crazy man.

Everything you've been doing is stuff I've dreamed of doing to a titan myself, but I'm 18 and can't afford that yet! Honestly, as hard as it would be, if I were in your shoes I would probably trade it in. Nothing is worse then not knowing if you are able to get to point A to point B because of your truck.
I’ve mentioned before but if you want to mod the truck as your are you need a scan tool that lets you watch live data, learn what ranges the different sensors should be operating at and pinpoint your issues much quicker and easier. A scan tool wouldn’t be a total waste of money as you can pretty much use it on anything

So I'm not 100% sure, but people usually install aftermarket egt sensors because the stock one is in the Def system therefore when you delete it (like you soon will) the egt gauge or any problems related to it go away because it no longer exists outside of that I'm like 95% sure there is no other egt sensor on these trucks, long answer short, you should be good

I just bought a 2017 platinum reserve. Had the exact same problem today. While towing my camper. Lost power pulled over and now it's leaking oil out of the turbo. Truck only has 93k miles and I only driven 3k of them. Just spent 21k on repairs last week. Get rid of your titan they are junk.
You're way ahead of me. Love the content My truck is 2017, stock, still under warranty. Had to take it 4 - hrs away just to find a Nissan with a diesel tech for DEF Sensor. Been over 2 - weeks, could be another monrh. Wish I never bought it.
I bought a 2019 5.0L and before I drove it 100 miles the got a P2002 which is the DPF and I was quoted $7,000 for the fix. I had 62k miles so was just over the emissions warranty mileage. Nissan's Good Will program fixed it for $1,000 but it did take nearly a month. Are you in a state that you can lose some of that weight on your truck?
@@Phil8sheo It was under warranty. Took about 6 - weeks for them to get the parts and fix it. I have driven about 500 miles since with no issues. I am gonna leave it stock as long as possible. Only 35K miles on it. The warranty is good through April of next year. Dealer said with no warranty it would have been $4-5K.
I have a 2016 Titan and I'm having an issue with the fuel injectors 1&2 even after replacement. Still acts like its knocking and shakes drives like shit. I love my titan but there has been so many things go wrong with it and it sucks. Try to ride it out and see if it's fixable if it's not then sell it.
You seem to be a great TH-cam content creator. I love your Titan XD Cummins videos, but because I also own one. You aren’t getting a bunch of views with the XD. I’d say get rid of it. I love my XD but I keep running into issues myself and I’m getting tired of it. Only thing stopping me is knowing that my 5.9 Cummins always had issues too. Straight up, if you buy a diesel, you’ll have issues.
Well now your scaring me i just ordered the ez lynk and some other mods about $1800 worth but low and behold i just got a check engine light for a turbocharger issue and nothing is even installed yet
Check the wiring harness underneath front passenger door on the frame rail disconnect and clean all the terminals guaranteed that is your problem it's a very common issue it gets salt and dirt in there.
I know this is random. My father was looking at your video. If you’re selling your truck and have an EZ link tuner on it. Would you possibly sell the tuner? He has a titan XD and we live in Jax as well.
Clean your battery terminals, check the big plug on the passenger side under front door(clean and dielectric grease) tunes might be a problem eztuning is the only tunes that are any good
Get rid of the virus. Mine was similar, but I'm going the route of the big three that you can get parts and very good support for with way less effort. Wish you luck either way.

I have no issues with mine so far 103,000 Mile I still need to put egr delete. Have auto agent and straight exhaust & sb cold air.
i got my turbo straight from cummins 2 weeks ago, brand new in the box. had to wait wo weeks but they're still making them.

K bridges your turbo actuator is now under warranty again so you should be able to get re imbursed for that

Try the main electrical connection under the truck on passenger side I have a 2016 had to take apart and clean it had no more issues

its your turbo boost control on top of the engine. Easy swap but it needs program

The tuners are set to vin numbers for each truck.
