2006 ETEC 250hp

Test running motor on 23' Proline 1989 cuddy cabin. Propped with standard 17' pitch; underpropped hit the rev limiter (6,000) with ease. Recommended moving up to at least a 19, possibly a 21 with a normal load after retesting RPM performance.
