VW Passat intake manifold, Anti Shudder Valve Cleaning. Vento, polo, Skoda rapid intake manifold.
Cleaning the intake manifold in VW Passat 2.0 TDI. We are also performing soot cleaning of Anti shudder valve of this VW Passat TDI.
This process is the same for every VW TDI cars and Skoda cars.
Due to the Recirculation of Exhaust Gases into the intake manifold in these cars, the carbon built up the problem in the intake manifold, anti Shudder valve is so common.
Due to this engine, life reduces up to 50% as valves of the intake manifold, get clogged due to the carbon coming out from EGR which is directly thrown inside the engine.
Every VW car like VW Vento, VW Polo, VW Jetta, has the same engine, same intake manifold, same Anti Shudder Valve, the only change is the size of these parts.

Preventive measures ye he.
Pehla aapka PCV valve ko bypass kardo . Isme se oil aata hai jo dry exhaust gas se mix hoke intake me jayega.
Agar exhaust gases dry rahega, toh build up nahi rahega. Takleef tab hoga jab exhaust ke saath oil mix hojatha hai.

Here's a tip for you.. PCV valve. Bypass it. It carries engine oil fumes. This is what mixes with dry exhaust gases from the EGR.
If its dry exhaust it will not pile up like this. Bypass the PCV and you'll do well.
