I was rooting for Hussong from Germany and I think she could have easily medaled but her release point was soooo far back from the line, she was giving up a meter and a half! The Chinese would release and take a small step and stop short of the foul line, but Hussong would release 2 meters back and take at least two huge steps another half meter short of the foul line. If she could tighten that up she could win by a huge margin! Anyway, congrats Barber! Seeing your concern turn to complete joy when you finally realized what you had done, was a great thing to see!

Ultimately Cool to watch this. Imagine what these ladies could have done to the Spartans. Imagine Spartan faces in shock as they are hit from 66 meters out! Great performance ladies!
Ross1510 he’s right. she isnt even able to get close to 60 m bar, not showing disrespect just observing the situation. jan zelezny couldnt reach more than 86 m in his last championship back in 2006 neither. as they get older their habilities decline aswell, its natural

@@anurag8826 because Ogrodnikova and Spotakova are two very promising throwers, and for the most part probably only got some camera shots of the womens throw, they can’t record everything and show it all at once, in some games they don’t even show some events because they couldn’t fit it into the video, if you want to see your Indian athlete, then go watch it live, or find the full coverage, but it’s rare that full coverage is out
My god is it embarrassing listening to these announcers mixing up the Chinese athletes. Every time they said one was in the lead, it was always the other. Like ok, I accept that for non-Chinese speakers their surnames are similar, but even if you can't say the names right, can you at least keep track of which person is which??
There's definitely people who do, and idk how old you are, but most people 16+ can throw 15m with minimal practice. 20m also isn't that hard 25m requires quite a bit of practice for most people (although there's people who can do it without practice, there's just not that many of them) 30m getting quite tough 35m requires some serious effort Anything further is impressive imo (although there's of course plenty of people who have trained enough to get that far and it's nowhere near winning distances at serious events)
Already binge watching all competitions after neeraj.

Same thing that I noticed 👍👍👍👍
I learned that if you yell while throwing the stick, it will fly further
It depends how you yell 😂😂
the stick that's great lol
Well did you never watch dragonball? Yelling helps with everything!
Just try and feel their effort for a single centimeter
Then u learned everything
And post ur comment
Silly Kim👎
it actually does, because screaming helps release more power and push through more, so it helps
underrated and usually poorly covered part of field.
pole vault was great tho
Not surprised after the coverage from discus, don’t think it’s WA’s fault, probably the TV teams there, but it would be nice to see more
Bruh they don’t even get 70 meters smh
@@JackkkZB bruh women's WR is 72, these are the top female throwers lol
Now it will get as India has won gold in it😅
The smile on Barbars face is cute 💕💕

Finally barber stunned out of compatitor and audience also super final throw, lots of perssure win gold very very appreciate keep rocking👏👏👏
Wiss you all the best.❤❤❤ from Nepal,😢
What a final throw by Kelsey... Awesome
Proof that it only takes one big one!
Anyone throwing a javelin whilst wearing pearl ear rings deserves to win I always say.
I’m always scared for the field judges
Yeah I feel like they don't need to be out there... Plenty of time to evaluate between throws...
imagine losing the javelin in the flood lights and suddenly it pierces your chest. Damn it would be so bad.
There is true story where one field judge had been hit by javelin into his arm. He eventually survived
Some one who was competing in long jump while the javelin guys were also competing got it in his back
That thing can pierce them out
For all of us Australian out there Let's cheer her on Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

WOW!! SO amazing.. A great athelte.. TY
Although I’m American, I wanted Barber and Liu to win.
She keeps on saying "Lee" instead of "Liu" haha
And she's pronouncing Lü as Lu.
They seem to really know how to put their entire body strength into this....this can't come just from the upper body and arms.
Lots and lots of training. You are quite correct, it comes from the legs to the arms to the release point.

very difficult . I think no one ever could do so
Maximum range😂 #neetjeewalehokya
Because of the javelin shape and weight distribution, 45 degrees is not the best angle.

Why the India's Rani intro cutted here...nor shown even one attempt?
