Another great install. Handy for when you’re at the beach on your towel. Getting a tan and deciding that is the moment you want to swap your derby cover. 😂😂😂 When I was a mechanic I was told that the two different torque specs were that the lower number was the initial torque, and once you had gone around the part, you then go up to the higher torque spec and tighten to that as a final tightening up.
Ah... not sure what country you are from but I got it from a machinery place in Sydney called "Hare & Forbes". It would have been made in China or somewhere like that though... Supercheap Auto also have a similar one but it has a few protruding bits that you need to cover or you risk scratching the bike.
I know it's expensive... The Derby cover was one of the cheaper things you can do though - less than $100 at least... Can't remember exactly how much... maybe $85 for that one... or something like that...

Awesome mate. Looks fantastic.
Thanks Matt - bit of bling! lol
Cover is much nicer than the stock one.
Thanks Matt - I thought the black one looked a little odd on a chrome primary cover.

What torque wrench are you using?
A Warren & Brown 1/4" 1-25Nm Deflecting Beam Torque Wrench - 320510. Copy and paste that into google and you'll find it.
So its true when they say buying the Harley is cheapest part of it
