- Just in time for the holiday season, the Brother Bicker Band is set
to release their new holiday single, “Rocky Mountain Christmas,”
featuring the Calgary choir ensemble, REVV52. This poignant
song grapples with the complex feelings of love and loss that can
arise when returning home during the holidays, reminding us
how Christmas often compels us to confront our sadness.
With heartfelt lyrics, lush harmonies, and a cozy mountain vibe,
“Rocky Mountain Christmas” is destined to become an anthem
for those who experience loneliness during the season, missing
family and friends while reminiscing about lost loves.
The Brother Bicker Band wishes everyone the joy of home this
holiday season.

Lyrics
I pull up as the snow starts falling
It’s been a long time since I’ve been back
In my memory I hear you calling
The song fades just like that
warmth of the fire draws me in
cold and the emptiness hit me again
I’m going home for a Rocky Mountain Christmas Lord knows how I’ve missed this can’t stand to be alone
I’m heading back through the pass to Colorado and I’m standing in your shadow but I’m waiting on my own
I’m coming home
Take a left on Pearl Street walk past Broadway
That’s the place where I first held you hand
It was a cold day in mid-December
When you kissed me and held me behind the bandstand
pull up my collar shrug off the wind
My fantasy freezes and shatters again
I’m going home for a Rocky Mountain Christmas Lord knows how I’ve missed this can’t stand to be alone
I’m heading back through the pass to Colorado and I’m standing in your shadow but I’m waiting on my own
I’m coming home
For so long we were together
Feels even longer since you been gone
At night when I look to the heavens
Thank the stars that you were the one
Each solstice that passes the pain starts to fade
If I live to one hundred it’s not going away
I’m going home for a Rocky Mountain Christmas Lord knows how I’ve missed this can’t stand to be alone
I’m heading back through the pass to Colorado and I’m standing in your shadow but I’m waiting on my own
I’m going home for a Rocky Mountain Christmas Lord knows how I’ve missed this can’t stand to be alone
I almost home I see the lights of Colorado taking comfort in your shadow I’ll never be alone
I’m coming home
💚Now with Brother Bicker Band and his song “Rocky Mountain Christmas” why not hit the people with where we live locally because home is home isn’t it? I just like the genuineness of it.
