I have never listened to this album before but Michael is just fabulous here and the orchestration, backing singers along with the arrangements for each of the festive songs is really impressive, first class, the crooners of yesteryear most who are no longer with us must be applauding this I am sure.

Its the most wonderful time of the year, I remember Christmas when all family members gather together, listening to music like this, watching holiday movies like home alone or polar express, drinking hot choco and eating butter biscuits in blue can..... Everyone is so happy.....I remember those days when all family members are present. Now, its just 6 of us....some died,some in other countries, some working....I just missed those good ol days.... the best times I remember about Christmas time was when I was younger having family around aunts uncles my grandma and grandpa my mother and the time we spent all together .
now that I am older I cherish the memories of remembering my grandma and her big Christmas dinners and how everyone of the family members looked forward to those Christmas meals my grandma had put her time into making .
that was the best gift of all a tummy full of good food and time spent with loved ones .
to all the new generation cherish the memories of being with your loved ones now and the feelin it gives you because those memories want to have for a life time with in you especially when a loved one in your family has passed on never take advantage of putting off seeing and being around family or friends during the holiday time because do it why you still can enjoy them in your life .
that is the best gift you can give yourself is being with people who love and need you and mean the world to you .

We always listen to some music at home. My daughter was 9 months old a year ago, and she started enjoying music at Christmas time, so she'd been listening to this playlist up until summer, when she just didn't want it anymore.
But suddenly, in November, when Christmas music wasn't even playing anywhere yet, she started to ask for "bu-beh" constantly, instead of white noise 😂 almost as if she remembers from last year 🥰 now this playlist is on repeat again all day, the best is when we are out and about and people notice and they immediately cheer up 😊

I love Christmas because even though I'm Catholic I can enjoy it with most everyone I know. Some people don't like that its been commercialized but I think it's a good thing because for that time every year people of all walks of life are all in a good mood and have that sense of excitement for the upcoming holiday.
