I bought a plate for personal use. The listing said new and the picture was a picture taken off a computer, probably not the actual plate. This plate traveled from CA to me in NH wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard in a Flat Rate bubble mailer. It came in one piece but it was filthy! Not new. I didn’t leave any feed back. I bought another plate from another seller, my mailbox is 2 dirt roads away from my house. We had a snow storm, the plow hit my mailbox and I found the box lying on top of a snow bank. It was beautifully packaged and safe. I gave them excellent feedback and sent a message telling them what happened and because of the great packaging it was safe.
If a seller is fair and honest about an item I purchase, I always leave a positive review. However, if the item arrives in poor condition and was not accurately described in the listing, I don't hesitate to leave a negative review. I stand by this because it reflects the seller's deceptive practices. If the seller truly cares, they will reach out to offer a refund or propose a solution to resolve the issue and amend the review. In such cases, I am more than happy to update my feedback.
It's great that you tell your viewers to hold off sending negative feedback. That you think they should wait a day and not send one out of pure anger. It's good advice bc you do that yourself! Now I have to tell you I'm concerned that you might have pissed off this seller by telling your story about reporting their Funko Pop scam! You don't appear physically to be someone who can't handle himself but I worry more about this person coming after your business! Isn't that possible? Maybe I'm just being a Mama Bear here but it does worry me Rod! All the reasons you reported him/her are valid & admirable for sure! I just don't want to see this person retaliate against you bc they heard about this video! I hope I didn't cross the line writing this comment as I genuinely mean it out of concern!
Thank you for understanding my point of view! I have no doubt you can handle yourself and that you reported the scam artist for all the right reasons! Have a good evening!
I would definitely leave neutral feedback with an explanation. Thanks for taking the time to inform eBay about that seller that is a LIAR and is trying to cheat people. You ROCK!
Rod, You may have been a lousy wrestler but you are a stand up guy. Honesty is the best policy! BTW, I laughed at loud when you remarked that you were running a halfway house for pets. Love your videos! John
@@FlippingandPunching my son made that comment after I forwarded your wrestling video. He wrestled in the Detroit and Canada market. He's had 4 back surgeries.
I’ve never left negative feedback. I think you did the right thing as so did the seller minus that message. They allowed you to return the item and you got your full refund. They could of been more polite but at the end of the day they allowed you to return and didn’t attempt to scam.
Just like you, as a seller, I rarely leave negative feedback. I do my best to work it out and even if I have to file a claim. If the claim goes in my favor then I just move on.
I been wronged twice on Ebay but I never left a bad feedback I just never would buy anything off of them again I feel it is a better affect plus I warned friends about the sellers
No but I very rarely buy, but I agree that is piss poor customer service on that persons end. I don't mind bootlegs as long as you know it. I have bought many over the years in terms of movies. When an actual release comes out I buy them and trash the boot. I do agree though with fake autographs that is bad because of the fan connection to a person.
I haven't left negative feedback in years. I did leave a neutral feedback on a seller back in June. I bought a 2023 Topps Heritage Gunnar Henderson card. The guy sent it to me in a top-loader without a sleeve. As a result, there was damage on one edge. What kind of Philistine sends a card in a top loader without a sleeve?
You can't leave negative feedback since you returned it. Even if you leave negative before the return is finalized eBay will remove it when the case is closed. Odd how many sellers don't know eBay policies
If the seller wasn’t so snotty and was apologetic, I’d bypass the feedback. I wouldn’t leave positive or negative. However, when they are snotty, I’d be warning others. The seller really should have done something to try to rectify the situation. Sucks about the cards.
First of all, puppies! Okay back to business. Have you told the seller that you are a reseller as well? Maybe if you do, that will knock some sense into her and she will make it right. If not, then unfortunately, I would leave neutral feedback. You said she sells a ton of things. Then she should know better and know how to pack cards.
I do leave negative feedback when the seller can't use 1 percent of their brain and package stuff correctly, so it avoids damage in transit since every mail carrier throws packages like they were playing football.

👍
Yea for spotting and reporting fakes!

That’s a very good way to look at it. I know that I have reached out to buyers when they have left me negative feedback.

I can handle myself and my business. I appreciate your concern. Removing scum from our community is more important.

Definitely leave negative feedback
I decided not too. I got my refund.

Good Stuff! Yes, there are still bad sellers on Ebay.
Yes there are!
I have never left negative feedback but I have left neutral and explained in detail the reasons for the neutral feedback.
👍

I would leave neutral feedback and explain way in the feedback so that everyone else who deals with this person understands why you did what you did.
I didn’t leave feedback. This is Not a bad Idea though.

That was a rookie mistake by the seller for sure.

The long cars are not funny cars. Just for your info. Love the vids. 👍👍
You are right. I got it confused with the other cars I sold.
@@FlippingandPunching no problem, love what your doing. I’ve been corrected a few times in my eBay listing. Lol
Unless a vendor scams you or sends defective always give them a great review.
They took care of the issue and I was happy.
Nice video! 🏒🏒🏒
Thanks
Smokey?!?!! I'd go negative feedback. I have left it before. Selling since '99.
I been selling since 1999. It was the Wild West back then.
I have left negative feedback. I purchased something and the seller sent me a cheap tv antenna. Not even close to what I ordered.
Sounds about right
You can always leave neutral feedback letting other buyers know to beware of that seller.
Not a bad idea.
People have no clue how to pack stuff..and i hate the smell of smoke too
Yea, you would be surprised on how many people pack things wrong.
Do you have social media? I had a chance to get tons of old unopened baseball and basketball. I rum across them all the time.
Yea, you can send me a message on IG all my social media is under Picking and Punching

It is what it is. I got my refund on it. Still sucked though.
It's not worth it to leave negative feedback because he will just reciprocate with the same. It's not worth the bad feedback you can get back.
I didn’t leave negative feedback. Seller can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers.
I don't leave negative feedback, most of the time the seller will make things right and then I add him to my sh*t list and won't buy from them again.
This is true
Get your refund and be done with it! Ignore his future listings
That’s what I’m doing
I have as revenge for the negative feedback they left me. Lol! 😂
🤯😂
