Long-time viewer of both you and Rudy (and others), and I have to say, this was fire. It made me realize that sometimes we do get too caught up in the drama and opinions of others, instead of focusing on the actual product and what it means to us as collectors and players.
Good perspective regarding Mint value. It made me pause a min when I thought of the simplicity of it all.
At the end of the day, it's common sense and filtering out the noise. We should make decisions based on our own beliefs and preferences, rather than being swayed from the antics of streamers. I mean, I love to chill and be amused or cringe at Rudy or you, however the product and services of WHOMEVER I choose has to provide some alignment with my own interests and values when I separate my money from hand.
No one forces me to buy.
That's nothing but choice

Thanks for the feedback!!! The only person you can blame is yourself. No one forced you to buy Rudy's products that will make little to no money realtive to other assets. U can't blame him. He found a niche and he is making millions from it.

I still don't understand why channels like yours, open boosters, and Tavis' channels don't have as many viewers as Rudy. Who sells him cards? You have said many times you will pay more. He doesn't even play the game.

Its about the youtube algorithm game. And his content is more entertainment. Frequency posts matter too. But if you notice his subs have slowed as the type of content isnt like mainstream media. Also, playing mtg has nothing to do with growth on YT.

He props up crappy games like metazoo in exchange for 2,000 boxes every time a set releases and pumps it to his following and pockets $1-2 million a set at least that’s what he did in the boom last year. People harder to scam now that this tcg rush has crashed hard. Be interesting to see what happens on the next set.

That is a harsh take. Every good thing needs a champion, especially as its getting off the ground. Yeah he profits from it, but it doesn't mean introducing people to "crappy games" is necessarily a bad thing. I'm sure there are tons of people who genuinely enjoy Metazoo.
