Twitter (and Icy) were removed from Revised because they added an additional rules phrase "No effects are generated by the target card." on the Beta and Unlimited printings. This was supposed to clarify that if you, say, tapped a land with Twiddle, it didn't produce any mana. But instead of clarifying the matter, it actually made the cards more confusing. So, they decided to just remove the card from Revised instead of reverting back to the Alpha wording. Both were brought back (in 4th Ed. & Ice Age, respectively) with the Alpha wording. I remember reading this in an old Duelist magazine.

Upper-left corner with the card facing you is where the box ding was. Didn't see any cards have any issues in that location, sucks the top of the rares got dinged just from being in the front
why isnt he wearing gloves, he is from CGC he should know better. I dont use CGC and I dont plan on using them ever. This is just another sign they are not a good grading company.

It's actually safer to handle cards without gloves. BGS and PSA don't handle cards with gloves either.
I should ask why graders dont but it makes sense. When u hold cards, texture and grip is important. U can drop a card easily
