Luggage update while here in Japan: Going strong but only downside is some of the personal customisation has scraped off at only a few hours of use from handling 😅

Hey susan from experience the zipper feels strong and durable and of good quality. Also it is ‘YKK Japanese Zippers’ which apparently is the highest standard nowadays. Hope that helps 😁

I purchased both the July Carry on and the carry on Trunk. They are both too heavy especially the trunk is HEAVY. The compression strap is not great, adds weight and YOU CAN'T REMOVE IT! Which is extremely annoying. Lining only comes in black which sucks for visibility of your items. The character is SLOW CHARGING therefore a paperweight
