Their tolerance to the many germs and pathogens that cause diarrhea never ceases to amaze me. I would actually love the recipe. From what I can tell the first drink is only 5 ingredient: Milk, Sugar, Ice, Mango, and Fruit Flies. The ice is probably more to keep it cool and the flies add a little protein.
