"Too little too late," is the perfect phrase for this. There are some bangers in this set, but nothing that is super meta relevant that needed its price slashed. It's a good set but when compared to RC01, it falls way short. It missed many cards that would have fit in this set well such as the Bystials (except Lubellion), Fenrir and Unicorn, Thrust and Link Charmers just to name the ones on top of my mind. Leaves more to desire, which may lead to RC03😔
RC03 could go crazy.

Thrust, Chaos Angel, Dis Pater, Diviner, Super Poly, Fenrir, One for One, Monster Gate were all cards I somewhat expected to see though.
Maybe Konami didn’t want to print some of those into the ground this quickly? Not sure
This set is still neat, and will probably be somewhat fun to open but it won’t have the same impact and feeling as RC1 where people were throwing Baronnes around at locals.
Super poly has been printed so many times recently and has a QCR already…

@@thescentleman8810 it was 10$ for the SCR of Battles of Legend. The QCR is in a range of 70$-100$...

Cards they could have easily put in RC2: Diviner, Fenrir, Theosis, the Heart monsters, sprights, dispater, bystials, chaos angel, Thrust, the other charmers, kurikara, Quem, Accel Stardust, and even S:P (the tins would still have enough chase cards and could also use only half the card pool anyways),
For old school formats: thunder dragon, Triden Dragion (is funnily enough relevant for modern and Edison), Magical Android, LADD, Dark end dragon, Rai-Oh, Ancient Sacred Wyvern
Btw. the Ocg now prints cards like Thrust, Droplets, LS, Talents and Access Code in structure decks

SP and thrust definitely aren’t gonna come out until the megatins. I’m not sure why everyone thought they would be in this set.
I Can see the argument for thrust but it already had a reprint back in maze.
Pretty sure SP won't be in the tins, the previous tins skipped so many cheaper cards, SP won't see the light of the reprint in this one, but probably in some other pack like an ultra rare for 50$

I was already pissed seeing Chimera and Rim as I just bought those two last month, but oh, well, still not stopping me. I do want to this set mainly because of Acrosscode and Souls but some like a third Aluber for example would be nice. I still have my complaints on this, mainly MST, so I only plan on getting the one set

I just think it's odd they put the ghost girl alternate art in here. All the ones in RC1 had original art.
So many qcr branded cards it’s hard to hate this set they should of added ash blossom with feet imo

I will be buying singles 100% but I will probably buy a few packs because it's tons of fun to open. Better than opening a core or side set and just getting a super 😂
People being entitled as always. This set is great. Yeah, RC1 was better but this is still great. Still can't believe people are actually hating this
to be fair, the doubling of the msrp price is turning more people away. 10 dollars for a single pack.

I think Komoney is shiiting us. They want us to pay 120 for a booster box, and it only contains 3 QCRs! They should've just kept it like RC01. I would just buy the singles.

I’m definitely not buying boxes. I already preordered my QCR branded fusions, and sarc everything I would just get from packs.

Everyone is simply disappointed by this set… I can think of 20+ cards on top of my head that would make this set ABSOLUTELY AMAZING but no… enjoy your rescue rabbit and cat qcrs
