I could never turn in a job like this it would have to be a lot cleaner and more presentable try working on your knees and use a rubber floater to speed the cement grout and hand washing it on your knees with a sponge it would be a lot more presentable and clean I’ve been doing this for 29 years mainly new construction and my builders expect nothing but the best from me anything like this I would be fired good luck on your next project!👍
Yes...They could have directly poured the cement mix in the time gaps using a mug... Then using a dampen sponge would have saved more time and material....

Can the anyone explain how placing these tiles directly on the roof is going to keep it cool,why should one not go for a false ceiling which creates a cavity.

But a lot of time is saved which means lesser labour charge. That's why they use this method everywhere despite the shitty output.

Joint filling must be focused
After two years the poured cement between joints will start chipping. For the skirting it's better to put the same tiles instead of cement
