You had me at flow-charts. Thank you for your full rules video and this approved ops video. I appreciate how you speak slowly and with inflection to highlight important details. Subscribed.
8:45 I completely missed that the largest of the 3 groups deploys first. Thanks for making this, your rules guide was excellent as well. Hoping great videos like this will get more people into the game :)
As stated, it's the part where they say "rounding up" for each group dropped in the rules. It's a bit side-steppy from simply saying the biggest unit must be placed. But since all chunks placed must be "rounded up" a 10 person team would need to be 3 chunks of 3.333~, which means the first would be 4, leaving 6 people to split for the last 2. No need to round there. 11 people would be 4-4-3 and so on.
The counteract is a huge buff for elite teams as often their models often get a 3rd shot in a single turning point with no negative modifiers which is crazy. Non elites only get to use this if down to 1 or 2 models vs elites in which case they have already lost or potentially against other non elites. Elites set to dominate this version of kill team all the nerfs to non elites snipers, demo/ grenadiers, plasmas and other heavy weapons, loss of force fields and 5+ feel no pain, the 3 objectives, counteract and all the buffs to elites are a huge swing in favour of elite teams.
Thanks so much for this. I don't understand how to do the secret selection of the tac ops cards. If opposing teams share a skill archetype, is it not possible they will surmise which tac ops card is missing if they're browsing the same cards after player one has chosen? This only applies to players who nearly know all the Tac Ops carss by heart, but still.. Have I misunderstood how the tac ops card selection should work?
Legend, the best kill team content on youtube!

I missed this too, is it something that's specifically stated in the rules? If so, where?
