      Hey Bob, Hey Brad..
      I had a question, is it true that popping your knuckles and back to relive pain and pressure is bad for you? And should be avoided bc it worsens and causes more long-term damage? Or is it fine?

    Ugh! On the tennis elbow, had it 3 times from swinging wrenches 🔧 at work. The pain is worse than a toothache.

      I install fitness equipment so I feel ya. I also have to overload the elbow carrying 400lbs treadmills

    This video came at the PERFECT time! My right arm/elbow has been severely hurting for TWO MONTHS now! I was finally going to call an orthopedic doctor tomorrow, but I’ll try these exercises first. Thanks so much, Bob and Brad!!!

      @@briangalloway3684 … I had stem cell transplant done several years ago in my knee… totally useless! Total Knee Replacement solved my problem!
      As for my elbow… woke up in pain two months ago with no known injury… probably just muscle tension from work or sleeping wrong.

      @@subman719 the knee problem yeah stem cells can help with that sever of an issue. But the inflammation I'm your elbow it could. For example my dad tried stem cells in his knee and nothing. Eventually got a totally knee replacement also. His elbow was messed up from masonry and years of slinging a trowel. And he feels awesome

      @@briangalloway3684 … Glad you’re father had success with stem cell. I spent FOUR HOURS on a table getting stabbed with needles and turkey basters having my stem cells harvested and re-transplanted… all while I was AWAKE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Hi, my pain is located medial intramuscular septum. Not straight behind the blood draw site, but outward and straight up. It it tight painful and tender.

    Brad, is Bob okay? His speech seems a bit off and his movements do not appear to be as deliberate as normal.

      Bob has been diagnosed with Ataxia. It affects his balance and his speech, but does not affect his thinking. We appreciate your understanding and support!

      IDK if it helps but I got a Powerball. They cay it can help with elbow-elbow and tennis elbow idk about golf elbow tho

    Once you get it it's for life. Tissue builds over it but the tear is always there so reinjury comes easier if not careful.
