the toilet explosive one was quite clever, as you usually expect the target to be underneath it, for you to kick off the ledge and onto their head, but using a mini explosive to redirect it towards both targets was a creative change.

I wanna know the setup and timing for the 4:55 kill. Do you have to bump up all pressures for the gas, and right as it does the big firework, press the button? Of only increase pressure for one of the lines and do it? Do you increase pressure at all?
My favourite was in one of the more recent games, shooting people in a grow house, I smashed a bong over a guys head to kill him and the trophy came up "bong hit"

No. It's an AI programmed to react to what the game determines is suspicious. If the player remains in the area after that, he is flagged as hostile and shot. In this case, the suspicious marker was removed by the game just then, causing the guard to go back to idle state. All makes perfect sense once you know the game mechanics. :'D
