Ingriguing questions regarding influx of chinese PLA as students in Cagayan:
1, If you are a Chinese student who wanted to avail high standard education in the Philippines, why you should enroll in schools situated in provincial areas, why not take it NCR, Cebu and other premiere instutions?
2. Why enroll in schools closest to EDCA disignated base? Or why not in others prestiguous schools in ASEAN countries? What would be the real motivations driven them select Cagayan schools aside from taking a Philippibe degree?

The problem is that corruption is ingrained among many government officials and employees that may put in jeopardy the security of the country. As what the security analyst said that 2 million pesos was being staged by every student on whatever purpose they intended to. The glitter of lots of money might be decieving to corrupt people.

KAREN, Who is this person talking as if he knows everything happening in Cagayan... Im a former teacher in SPUP and since 2002 a lot of Chinese students were already enrolled there. Our teachers also provided the Chinese language courses to improve their English skills.
