Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Yo Sharty Primo! Actually the big stump claw reveal came when he went up against Magma (she was a "bad guy" in this storyline). She was burning the ish out of him as he advanced on her. He warned her that she's going to force him to do what he doesn't want to. When he got close, he ran her through with the "stump claws". We got the "burned" Weapon X and the "Stump claw" basically in the same moment.

@@G.I.ReviewswithThaRUKKUS-oo4zg Weapon X vol. 1 #4. Weapon X (Wolverine) fights the Reavers while on a mission, in the final confrontation after Weapon X's friend Carol Danvers is killed by Donald Pierce, Pierce mocks Weapon X because his good arm is injured and useless.
This is when Weapon X reveals that while Cyclops blasted his hand off years ago, his claws were still safely stored in his forearm, so he impales Donald Pierce through the chest with the claws from his stub.
I was almost about to cancel my pre-order for him when I saw the gap, but fortunately I didn't and I love him. He's actually one of my favorite Wolverines now.

The 616 Weapon X hair is pretty much accurate. You have to remember616's hair is from when he was a pawn of the program and for a time after he escaped. He was still had that headgear(I really can't think of it as a helmet since it's main function was to control him), and the figure had to reflect this. The AOA one I guess is several years after he escaped and his hair grew out to that wild mane.
Just as a suggestion... is so much cool when you show the figure posing and then the accesories...

This figure is huge improvement over the toy biz one
Honestly, pretty much all of the Hasbro versions are huge improvements over the ToyBiz versions. The ToyBiz figs looked awesome in the 00s but almost all of them did not age well at all. All sorts of questionable face sculpts and gangly limbs, sometimes with bodies that look like they turned to Iggy Pop for inspiration. The paint jobs are the best bits of the ToyBiz figs looking back on them.
@@mattypenta how right you are. Toybiz has more of a "style" than Hasbro. Like when you see a figure you'll know it made by them. They're accessories are a lot better, but similar to what you said, qc is horrible.

I always liked this look for Logan, so I dig it. Sorta trying to buy less so until they make AOA Magneto (not counting MAFEX) and Cyclops or a black Friday sale, I'm content for now.
Hasbro should have put the alternate "burn face" head to complete this figure.
I paid eBay prices😖 on this wave but worth every penny😁👍. Weapon X Wolverine is my favorite of such.....to paraphrase SUD:"I LOVE IT!!"

I have my original figure and my son received this figure for his birthday.
I just got this figure. My complaint is that the claws on the stump hand, when extended, should be the same total length as the extended claws on his regular hand.

My favorite weapon-X
This is the only Weapon X that i've seen with a painted on beard. All the others i've seen including the one i bought barely have 5 o'clock shadow. Weird!

Outside of the butterfly joints not being painted I think the toybiz looks better or has the better looking head sculp in my opinion. I imagine hasbro is comic accurate but Im not a fan of the hair.
I was hoping for new takes on AOA Marvel Legends for a long time, so I'm very happy with these and my new AOA Marvel Legends hope is for Hasbro not stopping with this wave, Thanks for the review Shartimus.
They'll have to do at least one more. Can't give us Wildchild without Sabertooth, besides Mafex is going the AoA Magneto so it's a safe bet Hasbro will do one too. If I were a betting man I'd say Magneto, Sinister, Cyclops, Rogue, Iceman, and either Sabertooth or Blink, the BAF will be Sabertooth, or another Holocaust. That's my guess anyway.
@@Zylthis I hope they get to do Colossus, Shadow Cat and the rest of their team... Generation Next!!! There are a lot of good designs on AOA and I loved that Saga so I wouldn't mind having one of each. Holocaust needs to be a BAF or a least a Delux and I don't know if they're going to release a new Blink.

Cyclops blew it off, which doesn't make sense because Cyclops' blase is concussive, but that's the story. Cyclops lost his eye in the same fight.
