I spend a small fortune in hair product. Especially when I used Olaplex! The Olaplex worked wonders and I would do it all over again but I wish they had larger products bottles. My hair doesn’t have a curl pattern anymore. The longer it got the less curl!
It's very easy and simple to grow long hair🌸🍡1. Make sure you have a clean scalp wash hair when needed 2. Detangle hair gentle and slowly from tips to roots 3. Moisturize your hair and put it in a protective style ⚠️NOT TIGHT⚠️4. Trim hair once every 6 months or when needed 5. ⚠️Eat healthy foods and drink water⚠️ this is important because what you put in your body effects your hair 6. Most importantly ⚠️BE PATIENT⚠️ enjoy the journey🌸🍡

Finally found the Retro Rich Oil you use on your hair I saw that you said it grows your hair fast, I'm trying to get my hair back to the middle or waist length does it help with shirinkage to I have really bad breakage and shrinkage.
