Not having Kawhi’s shot on this list is criminal. The first ever game-winning buzzer beater in a game 7 in NBA history. The degree of difficulty: pulling up with 2 defenders all over him. The iconic 4 bounces before going in. And finally, that shot was the catalyst for the Toronto Raptors title run, probably the most unlikely title run since Dirk in 2011. That doesn’t happen if he doesn’t hit the shot.

The date this video is posted is literally the 4th anniversary of the Kawhi shot. So the disrespect is insane! A shot made on Mother’s Day, 2019 in Game 7 in the Eastern Semi’s. Winning a series with a Game 7 buzzer beater was never done before. The degree of difficulty shooting over Embiid AND Ben Simmons in that shot that had soooo much drama (4 bounces!). Give Kawhi and the Raptors some respect

Kawhi not being #1 is just laughable, never mind it not being mentioned even ONCE in this entire segment.
I can see it making the list but #1 is reaching. Go and look up the whole clip of the Derrick Fisher. You’ll see Duncan make an incredible shot right before and then Fisher goes out and does that with .4 it a cool thing to watch and learn about.

If we’re talking just the difficulty of the shot:
1. Fisher’s shot
2. Dame’s shot from 40 and the wave
3. Bron’s one against the Magic
4. Kobe’s shot with the fist
5. Lillard’s shot with 0.9 seconds against the Rockets
If we’re talking the importance of the shot:
1. Kawhi’s shot
2. Jordan’s Finals shot with the fist
3. Horry’s shot
4. Fisher’s shot
5. Dame’s shot against OKC
Dame’s shot’s importance can be argued because it is a first round series in a non-championship playoff run unlike the others but coming off of a horrible loss against the Pelicans, this was a legacy game. Scoring 50 and having to win that series against PG and Russ and after on going to the Conference Finals was the moment he kind of turned the things around and became a hall of famer.
That dame shot was cool but he literally eliminated Houston at the buzzer too that gotta be on there by far one of the most clutch shots ever

Game tying Ray Allen corner 3 in Miami had a crazy impact even though it wasn’t a game winner
Outside of Kawhi's shot being snubbed, there's a couple of game winning buzzer beaters that took place in the same series. 1997 WCF between Houston and Utah saw The Rocket's Eddie Johnson 3 pointer win Game 4 and John Stockton 3 pointer to send the Jazz to the Finals in Game 6.

The Shot in 1989 was the only buzzer beater in a do-or-die playoff game until Kawhi's in 2019. As usual, MJ hit that shot while his team was down 1 on the road.

I can't believe he actually left off what could possibly be one of the greatest buzzer beaters ever May 16th, 1999 when the 8th seeded Knicks knocked off the #1 seeded Heat off Allan Houston's shot with 0.8 seconds left. I would argue that was a greater shot than at least three of the shots on Steven A's list. And while I'm at it what about Kawhi Leonard's shot that killed the Sixers on May 12th, 2019.

I honestly forgot about the Kawhi buzzer beater, that was definitely a classic, and history making type shot, but come on yall. If you been watching basketball for as long as he has, he’s seen some crazy buzzer beaters that some of us may not remember if we were too young. (I’m 24 now) Plus this isn’t “Comment Sections A-list” it’s “Stephen’s A-list” so of course the buzzer beaters he picked are “bias” or HIS favorite buzzer beaters, not what everyone else believes is the best.
