Another reason to have a landline from the telephone company is that when you call 911 the operator gets your address on their computer terminal in case the call drops.
I always recommend a large caliber dog and a few very reliable small to mid caliber double-action revolvers and-or small-to-mid-sized shotguns (again, reliable ones) in various hidden spaces around the home.
I first changed the outside of my home by placing security shutters on 6 of the main house windows, these shutters conceal the windows when fully closed. They provide security especially at night when closed, they provide light control should I need it. My home faces east and west in Phoenix, Arizona. it gets quite hot during our summers, so the shutters also control sunlight which can heat up the interior of the rooms. They also provide protection of the windows during any storms from flying debris or hail. I rebuilt all three exit door frames to solid wood and bought fire rated 6 panel steel entry doors for the openings. These doors are mounted with 3 inch wood screws to strengthen the doors. Lock plates also installed. Then I bought 3 heavier duty Security Doors and mounted them with 12 bolts per door to keep the doors in place. My next feature will be exterior cameras that broadcast to my two televisions and my cell phone. so I can have the housed closed up and know an intruder is outside. I can feed the signal to the 911 operator and/or completely describe the criminal to them without opening a door or shutter. My final layer of defense is my Springfield .45 ACP pistol loaded with 12 hollow point rounds if I should have to default to it! Normally the pistol is in my safe with a magazine inserted but no round in the chamber. However if some one is attempting entry I can remove the weapon and chamber a round to be ready and call 911 for police assistance. Firearm safety is paramount, first each and every firearm is Loaded period!! Even if you can see light through the barrel it IS Loaded!!! My pistol has two safety features, one is in the rear of the pistol and is activated once you grip the pistol, the other is a trigger safety. No matter even if the magazine is out of the pistol and the safeties are not activated, the gun is still considered Loaded!! You Never point a firearm at anyone you are not intending to shoot!! Pointing a firearm at someone in Arizona is considered aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and you will be charged with that crime. A firearm will not shoot unless the safety features are activated and a Person pulls the trigger. If you decide to fire the weapon YOU are responsible for where the bullet travels until it stops, any innocent bystanders that might be shot or die from even the accidental firing will result in charges against the one firing that weapon! Defense of such a charge even though accidental can cost $500,000 to $750,000 Dollars to get you cleared of wrong doing. Owning a firearm is very serious business. Thus is the reason I hardened my home against an intruder, it gives the police time to get to my house and do the arresting or shooting and I stay out of court and do not have to face God for killing another human being!!! Arizona law does permit defending home and property against anyone showing they can commit serious bodily harm or deadly force against you! But you have to articulate to a prosecutor and/or judge and jury that your life was in danger, otherwise welcome to prison!! I know these things also from being a retired law enforcement officer!!! There is no room for the person playing John Wayne and trying to quick draw their firearm!! I am also a marksman from my military enlistment as Security Police!! Please take what I say serious, harden your home to give police time to help you!!!!

I will begin shooting if the door is opened" She hadn't yet had time to call 911, nor did we own a gun. The bluff worked, they ran away. Nightstand concealed storage drops and home defense firearm is there....POINTING AT THE BED.
Yes, because it's going to go off just by sitting there
Are you serious? Someone stole his bike and he’s worried about his safety? 😂
@Tyler Collins - No apostrophe in brothers.
Tyler Collins why was he selling og in the first place?.
@Tyler Collins - Where can I buy some of this intuition?
@@biggawinnacrapsa3870 🤣🤣😂
The guy with the bike
Just be badass🤘🏼
Did that lady say put it under the mattress
if some one breaks in your home ask them to sit down at the kitchen table cook them a meal as they are eating go to another room and call the cops or a priest
Nothing but an Advertisement for their training.
Yep
Duh
I would love to see actual self defense. I keep a Sig P250 in arms reach but these videos are bullshit. They aren’t helping anyone.
gets chicks schooled ehough to know they can...
Omg I want that mirror
Dont care for the night stand and mirror. What if the rfids get misplaced doesn't seem like she has kids , doesn't seem necessary to me. I for the firearms also wouldn't hurt to get a nice protective dog possibly

Y’all heard the guy who used a cannon loaded with grape shot against burglars?
Am I allowed to use my Glock at the Sig saur academy
Yes, they don’t care what platform you carry.
Hey you got a extra sig or cig lol👍👍👍🔫🇺🇸
How come there were victims of home invasions when
there was a man living there? They know the society they're
living. They should armed & prepared.
The 72 people who disliked this video should update their will.
550$ for that rfid cabinet. fuck that. keep it in the drawer.
Victim #2 was surprisingly niave.
U can't shoot someone that stole your bicycle !!!!! Come on
This vid tells me that there are many ignorant and naive people(victims) out there.
When they come in my door I make coffee..... That's where Grandpa's 1911 is.😁
So you show the blk kid but barely the white or Mexican one😭
I wonder how many people have asked if the training Academy at SigSauer is a sixhour training Academy.
I love Sig, but I've got to say that Hana sounded just like my aunt, who was a DOJ ethics instructor at Quantico, back in 70's & 80's. Good memories, and good job, but a bit too ambitious on the marketing for my taste.
You have an option to get in to your car and get your bike back! He said he still can see his bike so it’s not far. I would get my bike, pull that kid in his ear, hand deliver that booger to his parents and I’ll let his parents deal with him.. he just brought massive amount of shame to his parents!
