My dad’s Tuna Noodle Casserole recipe for those who want to try… Ingredients: 12-16 oz bag egg noodles, 1 bag frozen peas & carrots, 1 jar green olives stuffed with pimentos, 1 can tuna, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, 1 bag regular Lays potato chips. Boil egg noodles till tender, strain & add back to pot on low heat. Add cream of mushroom soup with milk according to cans instructions, Add 1 tp 1.5 cups mixed vegetables, slice approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup green olives (Depending on desired taste). Drain can of tuna & add to pot. Bring to medium temperature, mixing all ingredients. Transfer to baking casserole, bake at 350 degrees till heated through. Top with grated cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake a little longer till cheese is melted and chips are slightly browned.
