It depends on your needs and what you can afford, In my case, twinmotion does some decent renders and has free education and unlimited trial version plus, its very easy to work with in my opinion. Lumion on the other hand is too heavy for my laptop, It can barely run and has limited trial version. Vray and corona are not directly enabled with archicad, so you have to learn 3Dmax or sketchup to use them, plus i think their learning curve is steep. Twinmotion may not produce the most realistic or amazing work but am a fan of their ease of access and intuitive nature, yah sometimes (atleast for me) highest quality is not everything.
