Twinmotion! That's all is absolutely great, but i cant use all this beauty and have to stay on previous version of TM cause of VR issue. Everytime i put on my HTC VIVE PRO helmet, i start to fly at around 3-4 meter height instead of my normal 1,8 meter. VR set is calibrated and works perfect in previous version of TM! Please fix this as fast as possible! I know its not hard at all. Something with camera position!
A huge add for my studio would be the adittion of some way to project colored light...ie the "stained glass effect". Im must be a way to add this without raytracing.
on startup by default there is a big drop shadow that seems to follow my point of view, this wasnt the case in Twinmotion 2019, anyone know how to get rid of this?
i want to use spot light, how is it possible to rotate the spots? I don't want to illuminate the floor I want to illuminate the ceiling. a shine on the ceiling
Depth of field in v2020 is a nightmare to use compared to 2019's, if you are forced to use a lower quality setting for TM the result after setting depth of field to how you want it will result in something different after final rendering, there was no problem with the previous method and it could have been made easier than it is in v2020 to add as an effect or adjust and tweak in the GU.
hello , i use revit in modeling and uses cutout material from revit library but when i export the model to twinmotion the cutout material doesn't appear as it in revit but it appears like a solid material , can you help me ?
@@DR-ry4ng Hows the performance using windows bootcamp on Mac? I installed the 2020 version and I had to go back to the 2019 because it was crashing every time
@@glenn3646 the thing about the lighting is, that when used properly, it can look realistic. You just need to have a good eye for what's realistic and what isnt. Yes of course twinmotion cant compete with rendering software like Corona, but if you know how to manipulate real life interior lighting with adding lights, you can get close. Just have to know about the stuff.
I would suggest you try TM 2019 if you have a regular Windows10 Laptop or desktop without a premium graphics card, you will need 8GB of ram though, test on the lowest settings and then push your system until TM crashes out, you'll know your systems limit then, TM 2020 as of yet for me has been a disc hoarder and ends with a TM crash - 2019 however - no problems!
its awesome . but we cant import anination fbx ! why i wnoder when unreal engine and twinmotion have the same core . (unreal use datasmith plugin for importing animation fbx) why twinmotion dont use from it really why they dont implant it inside twinmotion !!!!!
Please fix the output quality of the renders, they come out blurry. Please fix the lighting, skies, all renders come out too dark and even 1080p is not crisp. I want TM to be great!
I wish they would change the menus to look more pro. This program could be amazing but the interface is so bad, so slow. Why are the buttons SO big? It’s like Duplo blocks or for blind people.

by providing a software like this for free *epic* ist destroying thousands of jobs in the visualisation field, people who actually learned lighting and node-based materialisation. of course we can adjust, but its a strange world nonetheless where studios make their fortune off micro-transactions of big titles and then release things like twin motion for free ....
Or one could argue that Epic are creating thousansds of oppertunities for small companies to start in the visualization field by providing software that doesnt cost thousands of dollars and will require renderfarms or cloudcomputing for renderings and videoes...... You still have a point with their businesscase though, but as an enduser Im so happy to get a shot at this for free :-D

You seem to be speaking of a flash-in-the pan dream. An architect should never be removed from his ability to draw upon his designs. I love visualization, but one thing I know about being an architect and a haughty render-geek is that designs are not images. Images are an extension of the design, by the designer.
As an architect I can now with software like TM show my clients any changes quickly. Clients can now visualise in real time. I do not have to wait for someone else to do a visual for me before I show the client........The world changes
We´re talkin bout some low architects using TM. TM was made for easy and fast usage. Not for professional archviz. Professional companys won´t die because of TM, trust me on this one.

Crushes crushes ... I used it with revit and synchronisation with Twinmotion 2020.1.1 specially when I want to no merge of materials .
if sunlight is noontime you can't use any light in the house or anywhere. I want to use lights on the noon (when the sunlight is up) like lumion!!!!

Its great BUT we cant use any of that with BIM 360 Cloud based models 'cuz its not yet supporred...

The interface is one of the most userfriendly and intuitive made by Epic Games. 99% of the users are quite happy with it.
