Thanks so much for capturing our home and story! It’s such a bittersweet move. We are excited to live close to our family and community again but will miss this home and property deeply. Praying a family that will love it as much as we have will find it. ❤
Your home is so charming. I love that you left the original wood floors. I bought an old house 1920, in Iowa. I loved the original hardwood, waves and all. all the built ins were wonderful. Best wishes and continued blessings of abundance and wisdom in your next chapter
Thank you, Neeli and Jacob, for being amazing clients and friends. It's always in God's good timing. Your home is lovely and homestead ready for the right buyers.
@@Tinysteading Hi! It has been absolutely perfect for us which is why it is so bittersweet. We are currently an hour out from our community and ultimately where we want to settle long term. We are so very grateful for the time we have had here and will miss it deeply. Really wish it was possible to transplant this whole property to be closer to our people.
I really do love this collaboration. You two make a great team. The passion for homesteading that you both share shines through during the walk-thru. Good job, guys! Take care!😀
What a great REALTOR. Fun tour. Hope this boosts his viewership a bit! Have in-laws from TN but looking in AZ. We don’t have those beautiful pastures you all have out there but moving three generations/2-3 households across country would prove too much, I think. I do love your land/views/gardens/rain. ❤
We love this couple and this perfect model homestead so much!! We are excited for the next family to benefit from this turnkey property and make it their own! ❤❤ great job Mike and Tim for not only capturing the story but the love in this home as well!
I noticed Tim throw a bale of hay into his cows without taking off the two strings. The strings can cause great distress if the cows ingest them. They need to be removed before giving to any farm animals.
It’s not necessary to remove them if it’s baled using hemp baling twine instead of plastic or other non-biodegradable twines, cows, horses and other farm animals can easily digest hemp twine.
They left out why they were moving. I kept talking to my phone....i kept saying "blah, blah blah...but why? Okay thats great but why? Yes, yes, but if its so great why are YOU leaving it?" Weird.
@@TheHomesteadingRealtorthat's an awesome price, if I lived in the U.S. I would've loved to live there, it's absolutely stunning, and of course I love gardening. Hope the right family gets it. Good luck on your new channel, you'll get these places sold in no time 😊👍🙌
That place is pretty much my dream house and property. Thank you for sharing it with us. I hope the right family who will treasure it, comes along. If only it was on the market when I was looking for property.😢
Hi there! We are currently an hour out from our community and ultimately where we want to settle long term. We were not trying to make an income with this property. We simply wanted to raise some food for our own family and we’re able accomplish that here the last two years. We are so very grateful for the time we have had here and will miss it deeply.
None taken, it's always important to interview your realtor to ensure that he/she will serve your needs as a professional who is experienced and is on your team to help you meet your goals. My clients go with me because I am the Homesteading Realtor and can help buyers find the right property to homestead on and my sellers select me because I appreciate their properties and will go above and beyond to showcase their properties like collaborating with TH-cam influencers like my good friend, Mike to promote my client's properties and get it in front of the right audience, potential buyers who would appreciate this particular property. I also have a long list of buyers who are looking to homestead. As long as you're satisfied with your Realtor, that's all that matters. =)
I'll check it out if you start pronouncing REAL TOR CORRECTLY MIKE. IT'S REAAAALTOR. NOT REALEEEEEETOR! THERE IS NO 2ND EEEE IN IT. AS A NURSE & REALTOR THAT JUST BUGGS..ME

I enjoyed the tour. Beautiful place.
This homestead is gorgeous
AMAZING property! This looks like a great home for someone coming from a big city to start a homestead. I'm in love with this house.
Yes exactly! It’s an easier way to transition from city to country living with this home. 😀
A BEAUTIFUL HOMESTEAD MIKE

Love your accent. New to your channel. Loved the video of the Victoria farm house that was filmed. Great job.
Hezekiah is the cutest baby ever! His little face! 😊
Awesome homestead
Whoa beautiful house

Thanks! I did go back to remove. 😀

Nice! That’s a great tip!
He probably edited out that process.
However, it’s good you shared your thoughts,❤😊 in case it’s needed.
Is this couple giving up homesteading and selling the property? Why selling??
It does look like the perfect place! 😊
Yes for real!
Oh my. That's my dream home, right there.
I always check out the toys and games at thrift stores to find the old toys for my grandchildren. They get them for Christmas.
Beautiful home thank u for sharing
Love this video! Maybe you should be a homestead realtor too!
Yes, Mike would be a great one in NC!
I still like the blue one more😊
That one just went under contract!
Beautiful property
HA, we looked at the house. Not enough acreage for us but the house is beautiful.
Thanks for checking it out! Hopefully you find the right place that meets your goals. 👍🏼
Beautiful old Farmhouse waiting for it's forever family. Hopefully some wonderful family will be able to buy it and keep the dream going on and on. ❤😊

Thanks so much! I wish something like this existed when my family and I moved to TN!
I saw this home online and absolutely love it, it will sell fast!
What a stunning property!
Thanks so much, it certainly is!❤
Tim couldn't help himself. He went right into his sales pitch. Lol
Can't blame him, though. What a beautiful home.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
You need to buy this home mike
Do it Mike, Buy the farmhouse and settle your family on this beautiful site.
this is far too small for Mike, Lacey and the kids. less than 4 acres
Its a beautiful place but I can just imagine the price. Wow
It’s a beautiful place and listed at $439,900 which is a great price for the home and land!

So beautiful…….❤
My brother still has his GI joes from 1970
The older toys used your imagination over watching a video of a gaming system plus majority of the time we played outside over the inside.
I love this property
Thank you, it’s a very special one! ❤

Sweet but the price wasn't mentioned
$639,900

Same here. =)
Beautiful, but where is the chicken coop? Just kidding…
It’s too easy to add! 👍🏼
I want that house
You should come check it out! 👍🏼
@@TheHomesteadingRealtor I would but I’m 70 years old and have 10 acres in Arkansas. But if I was looking that’s what I’d want.
Great home but I’m worried about the neighborhood developments across the street that keep growing.
Jeez, if it's too much for a family of 4. How could l ever do it for a family of 5???????
So why are they leaving? I don't think the 'why' was answered.
May I take a guess ? " The mortgage payment was killing us, and the property brought in NO income"
@@gmar4454negative, they were growing food for the benefit of their family not to sell. It’s a great starter homestead!
They want to be closer to family. ❤

What town is it near?
Where is this home at?
Madisonville TN
Man, ditch that yurt & buy this place!!!
Oh, another ad
Wonder why they really left.
To move closer to their family.
Don't dream 😢😢😢😢😢😢
Mike why are you in this home.it’s not yours and where is Lacey?
No offense. But no matter what... If a realtor doesn't list the price' they would never earn my business.

It's a ok farm house BUT I want the old time look. Not the up dated look. No White paint at all. NO panted WOOD.
