“You’ll never master one style, but you’ll be good at all”. This is quote my friends often describe my style of art. When I start a drawing or painting my friends will usually ask what style I’ll be drawing. I always laugh when thinking of this.

You're so good at mashing together so many saturated colors and making it work without eyestrain and still have each part be easy to pick out, i love it and i wish i could do that. I always get blocked into a specific color theme like warm colors, earthy darker colors, etc.

Okay so I don't know how I didn't realize till rewatching this for like the 10th time (I love your videos and like rewatching them to almost try to memorize some stuff, but for this I loooooove speedpaints.
But you could do a 'dere' doll series. Tsundere, Yandere, Kuudere, Himedere, etc. It'd be fun doing different dolls for it. Aaaa now I wanna see it

I definitely draw in a variety of ways, especially with eyes and noses, the way I draw them changes between every drawing I do which is actually my favorite thing about looking through my sketchbooks.
I love how you blended so many different and unique characters together into one photo. From Pokemon to Decora, you have it shown perfectly that your dolls are meant to be friends no matter the differences. :3 I love it!

I prominently draw faces and people but I frequently mess around with my techniques and how I draw stuff! I’m currently experimenting with highlights, colour fades and surrounding/perspective. I think it’s fun to play around with serious and light hearted types for drawing, so one day I might be drawing a sad girl with rain or something then the next day drawing a ice cream girl! I’m still learning and getting better so I love to watch you try new stuff to give me inspiration and confidence to try new stuff! Sorry for the long comment 🥴

This is so beautiful, bright, and vivid!! It really does make me super happy just to look at it and remember watching each custom doll come to life on your channel! Some of my favorite details are Nova's face and eyes (so glowy and pretty!), the texture and highlights in Macaroon's bouncy curls, and the unicornos--they just look so cute and sort of chibi-fied the way that you drew them here! I think it's so much fun that you're always trying out new styles and looks and never getting too comfortable with one way of doing things, because it's always an exciting surprise to see what you'll come up with next. Honestly this Dollightful painting just gives me so many feels about how much I love this channel

She has quite a few dark skinned customs. Her Christmas doll this past year is one of my favorites, her budget doll, her fairie doll, eevee, Charlotte, the nature doll with the green hood, Umbreon, and Frodo. That's roughly a third of the dolls she's made. The other two thirds are Asian and white characters. Dollightfull is fairly balanced and it's kind of obvious.

I love that you have stories for each repaint and character doll you create.
Some doll ideas for when you’re done with all the summer collabs:
For a series, you could do the Pokémon starters or the zodiac sign (either Greek or Chinese, up to you)
And for a regular doll, you should do a cookie themed doll for your sweets themed dolls. You nailed the earthy colors on eevee, so an orange and brown colored cookie doll would be easy! It’d be a cool challenge since most of your dolls are complex and colorful. I imagine this cookie doll as being simple and calm.

Can you please do the Greek zodiac signs..... I have been watching your channel since your very first custom! You could have some like libra themed around white and gold? And like Taurus could have a nose ring and stuff like that!

I was hoping for the Leo to be kind of scary but also friendly. Usually us, Leos act like we are though but in inside we are really kind and protective.
I wonder how she'd handle Gemini... Would she make two Separate dolls, create one with two heads (the monster high doll that's a two headed snake girl would work for that) or would she create a kind of spoopy one with two faces on One head...? Maybe in the colors of Alexandrite instead of the typical green emerald or whatever.

I try to perfect everything I draw. I've been drawing for over 7 years and have been just all over the place trying to perfect many different styles. It kinda sucks because I beat myself up over the tiniest mistakes but at the same time I like drawing in different style everytime. Variety is something I love to see in any form of work like art or an author's books. Thats also one of the reasons why I LOVE this channel!

Actually I do draw in Anime style a lot, I try different styles, but I always go back to anime.
I guess each time I go back to anime my style of anime, it evolves. 😄
Plus I do love adding thick bold eyebrows to my original characters, just like your style shows!

I'm a writer, with a very heavy focus on the fantasy aspects of fiction! I just adore magic and especially creating and exploring fantastical worlds, but I'm pretty good with scary fiction too! ^_^

Every time I draw a character with the cute wide eyes, I tend to shade the upper part if it begins to look a bit psychotic.
And also with the artstyles and stuff, I’m the type that jumps ALL over the place with it being cartoony at times, hyper realistic, anime-ish then semi realistic, the list goes on and on........

I know this video is a year old but I still wanna say this! You said something about loving to do different things instead of sticking to one and I think that makes a lot of sense. Making dolls has multiple different professions in one! There’s sculpting, painting, makeup, making clothing, designing, and probably more. Katherine you create perfection in your own way.Sticking to one certain style is a video I would debate about clicking off of, but with you, you use different styles that each video is different and sometimes I can't tell you made it cause your styles change and that makes for more people to click on the video witch branches out to different types of people to watch your videos.So keep on doing what your doing cause it's working for me😊
