Btw a quick way to switch between display views on Gates machines is to hold
Win + P, that will switch between different display type views.

With that window for the press keys I was hoping you showed your press key set up for that because it not the same with the last huion set up video. I can't click a button to indicate Cltr or Shift or Delete you have to type that in. Can you explain the press key set up with that specific huion window in this video?
If someone is having cursor offset issues in CSP and calibrating doesn't work, try this:
File > Preferences > Tablet
from this point you will have to check which setting works for you. First switch from Wintab to Tablet PC (that fixed it for me), but I saw other people check/uncheck the "Set tablet operation area with application" box and that worked for them. If it still doesn't work and you have multiple monitors make sure to uncheck Coordinate detection mode.

thanks for guide I got a new hui 16. I am beginner in Digital art. I got a tip for you : if you only have one hdmi port your graphic card then enable on Bios the hdmi port on the motherboard if dont want to use the adapter :)

I do have a question though, mostly regarding physical setup.
My laptop only has 2 USB ports (despite being a 2017 model), and I had to get USB extension boards to make more space for attaching my drawing tablets USBs and what not in there. I only recently got my drawing tablet, and I was trying to find the comfiest ergonomic position to do it in. I ended up putting the tablet directly on top of my laptop (that I had set to not go to sleep when closing the display lid) and it was working but I don't think thats going to work long term.
What do you recommend I do?

@@InnermanArts I did manage to set it up such that both my laptop and tablet are tilted towards me, but the tablet I use comes without a stand and I have to use a makeshift one that makes me constantly worried it may fall off the table and the table I use already has plenty of stuff on it (it's a bit of a family table). that and repeatedly rotating myself a bit to face each seems it'll get annoying fast but it was the best way to make space for both
I have a regular monitor and a tablet monitor by Artisul. the Artisul pen works when in tablet mode but will not all multiple monitors in tablet mode as I get this "No tablet mode with multiple monitors connected". I take a lot of online classes and want to be able to watch the class on regular monitor and work on the program with pen on the other

My display port are shaped definitely including my HDMI, and the red plug (I think that’s the pen display???) But is there a link or somewhat adapter to that as well?

Hi, my tablet came with 2 options, an HDMI cable, and a USB-C option. I dont have the HMDI option in the display port, so i tried the USB C but its still saying no signal. do I need an adapter for the HDMI?

I use a chrome book and I have a VK1200 tablet. I just hook things in my tablet but every once in a while my tablet just stops drawing. Like the pen just won't let me draw. I haven't been able to draw for a few weeks bc it won't let me! I don't know what to do and I'm not very computer genius so Im screwed 😭

I got a question. Does this work with frunsi? It’s another kind of tablet
From wat im seeing, Frunsi is a standalone tablet meaning you don't have to hook it up to another computer. So I don't think u need to follow this process.
When I finally got my tablet hooked up right, i did not get the option to "Extend desktop to this display" so the best i could do was "Duplicate these displays." It was originally on "Extend these displays", but that option didn't put the programs on my tablet.
Does anyone know why I didnt get the "Extend desktop to this display" option?

Hey your videos are very helpful. I have downloaded everything and ready to draw but all I have is the screen that says press keys, digital pen, work area and about. Where do I start drawing? Do I need another app? I clicked on work area but I can’t draw there either. Help!!
You'll need to download an app that u can draw in. Krita is a good an option and free. If u dont mind paying, u can buy Clip Studio Paint or Phostoshop.

Hello! Just went through this with my Mac. If your tablets cables are all connected correctly it should automatically pop up in the display option next to “built in display”. If not then your tablet probably isn’t connected correctly
Hey I came across your channel trying to find a solution as to how to connect my huion 13 pro to my MacBook Air pro, and you mentioned the solution that I needed an adapter that could connect both. Could you tell me what that adapter was, I really need the solution to my problem, I really don't want to return my tablet when I just got it and haven't even used it yet! Please tell me! It should. i cant make any promises. Anything could happen. As long as it fits in the port u should be fine. I have a different adapter because my macbook is a different model.
6:41 for me it only shows 1 instead of 3 painels, how can i lock the drawing table to the drawing software?
Is your tablet connected and displaying your desktop or is it mirroring what's on your main monitor?

Hey so I need some help.
I have a MacBook Air from 2020 and a Huion Kamvas 13. I have connected both devices [green light :)] but none of the buttons work on the tablet, as well as the pen. I have tried everything and the driver also says Device disconnected. I have all the correct adapters and have reinstalled my drivers many times (got the most recent and least recent ones). I am really lost and I just got this tablet a couple days ago from Amazon. Please help! Thanks.

@@InnermanArts yes, sadly it seems to be the driver which isn't working as my computer recognises the connection but the driver just continually says 'device disconnected' (it's a huion h610)
May want to try uninstalling and installing an earlier version of it

Hellooo 😬 I have a potentially very stupid question... Maybe you or another viewer could help me with that? I have a Kamvas 13 and would like to use it without it displaying. I found out how to do that (pen tablet mode, just disconnected the hdmi cable from my Mac). However, I am utterly confused about the calibration for that mode. I selected my monitor on which I want to see what I am drawing and it all basically works fine. But I guessed, I would need to re-calibrate the tablet when I switch to that setting. When I want to do that, the pen is not working. I can't click the red dots with it because it won't move around. So... Is it an error OR is it - for some potentially obvious reason - unnecessary to calibrate the pen in that mode? And why?! How? I don't get it.😭

But only, if I set the tablet as an additional monitor and chose that/itself for the pen input, or I set it to mirror the BenQmonitor on which I want to see what I am drawing. But then during the calibration I can only move the cursor on the tablet display, it does not move on the BenQ. My brains hurts, I really can't follow the input-output logic in my head 😅 I don't know if I am stressing about something totally irrelevant here
Do u notice your cursor being off in any way while using your display as just a pen tablet? Cuz if not I don't see a reason why you'd need to calibrate while in that mode.
when i plug in my tablet, my pen works sooometimes but when i use my mouse the cursor freaks out and continues to freak out until i unplug the usb connection between the moniter and the computer...and when i try to click on the tablet control panel my curser jumps to the bottom corner of my screen so i cant select any of the options...anybody have this problem...?
May want to try reinstalling the tablet drivers

Wacom tablets work by default in Linux (No need to install any drivers. It's integrated in the settings of your Linux distro), Huion also works (at least in my experience, but you can't configure your shortcut keys... At least for now, they released their software for Huion tablet settings, but it is still in the Beta phase.)
As for software to draw. Krita is going to be your best bet (plus it does work pretty well on Linux compared to Windows.)

Aaaaaand, of course iMacs do NOT have an HDMI port. It's an Apple, baby ; ) ... I hate this company, but I'm a slave to their products because I'm not going to relearn everything after 20 years.

Yes, it is attached to the motherboard, I assume. There is not graphics card or any other card! BTW your uploads are pretty hilarious!

Your PC should have a GPU (graphics card). How would it display anything? There isnt a row of ports on the back of your PC?
There are ports. But nothing in the card slots. One hdmi. I have the spliter. The tablet is acting as my home screen. But I can't use the pen.
